I find it really interesting that aventurines boss theme is 'hell is preferable to nihility' considering that in this case Nihility wouldnt necessarily mean the path but the actual word, meaning "nothing; nothingness" and given that hell is a concept of an afterlife, even if a torturous one, could mean that he prefers that eternal afterlife because it could mean to him that his family is in heaven because if it were nihility, it would mean that his family died without ever getting solace for their lives cruelly being cut short,,,
