so in gold and gears there's an event in the Cognition domains that's technically kinda sorta about the intelligencia guild, the one where this Dr no. 5 guy offs himself (rip bozo) and they mention dr ratio. but the thing is, gold and gears takes place a LOOONG time before hsr's current events and the Herta gang wouldnt have included something that didn't pertain to the secrets they were trying to discover. So ratios just old as hell or something
Even the cover of the Occurrence has a ref to him, with a scholar with a laurel and a tome/book with the same design as Ratios
and I think it's kind of funny because all that it reminds me of is tim horton. specifically tim horton from graystillplays sims series.
