It’s getting closer!

...and that’s the truth! I’m so close to graduation and it’s unreal! I’m literally one month and one week away as of today. Classes are almost done and finals are soon approaching, but I’m almost there! I’m almost at the finish line. I’m almost at the poing where I can say, “I did it!” I’m almost at the point where I can hang my college degree on the wall proudly and hold my head up high.

No lie, school and work have been keeping me busy. Most days I’m super tired, but I keep pushing on. I just keep swimming. I just keep moving ahead....because one day I’ll be able to look back and say, “It was all worth it in the end.”

Life has been treating me well and I hope you can say the same!

Current Life situation

Are you afraid of the dark?

I hope not, ‘cause this layout is just that. I’m finally writing a post of the site’s new look that’s been up for quite a while now (maybe the whole month?). To those that have commented on it, thanks for your positive feedback, but huge credits go to Kevin (header) and Ciara (template). I wanted a layout that was dark to sort or represent October & Halloween without being “cheesy” or super obvious that that’s what inspired the new look. I’m really satisfied with how this looks although I’m not a fan of The Weeknd. His music is alright and so is his voice. I just can’t listen to it for too long. Something about his falsetto sounds weird to me. Also, I don’t get his hairstyle at all. It’s definitely unique and original, but what statement is he trying to make with it?! I highly encourage you to see the original design on Kevin’s site; also, this design inspired the color scheme that I chose. All four colors directly come from the design itself. Interesting, eh? I definitely plan on changing this layout when November hits. Until then, enjoy this one. Au revoir!

Back in business, baby!

I still don’t know why I couldn’t customize the look of this blog but ‘tis no longer an issue! Woohoo! I’ve been away for months, but that is norm for me now!

I’ve been silent on quite a few blogs, actually, if you want pure honesty. Real life has kept me pretty busy and not much has changed in that arena. Although, I’m on “break” and don’t have to go into work, I’m still looking at a mountain of work that I’ve to do. Great, right?

Anyway, I finally changed the look of this blog with a custom design featuring Halsey. This also marks the end of the unplanned graphic design hiatus that started almost a year ago! According to dA, the last time I created something new was Dec. 31, 2018 and that’s why there was the “Happy New Year” banner on most pages.

Enjoy this new, simplistic tabular design with Halsey for a while. I’ve no clue how long it’ll be live; meanwhile, I’m slightly inspired to go ahead and work on the next look for this blog and/or create more deviations to upload to deviantART.

P.S. I should be working on choreo for my fitness classes, but I’m procrastinating yet again. *facepalm*

Hi, everyone!

I finally changed the look.

Speaking of change, there will be many soon.

First, I’m going back to school. Classes start Aug. 28, which just so happens to be four days after my 23rd birthday.

Second, I’ll be really busy with my work schedule. This possibly means that I won’t have much time to be online and stay in contact with you all.

Third, I don’t think I’ll update NotS for a VERY LONG TIME. School and work will have to be much more of a top priority in my life, so that means that online activity that isn’t school or work related will have to decrease tremendously.

I really hope you all understand. This is my last semester in college. I’m graduating in December. I have to do well and finish strong. Enjoy the new look and leave comments. I’ll still check in occasionally.
