I think this was the first time I saw Paul McGann performing. I'd have been... 12... when this aired? That means I've been quietly but avidly following this guy's career for going-on 40 years. And in the middle of it all, he became the Doctor, and found a whole new way to blow my mind. And he's still doing it with every Big Finish audio. That beautiful voice.

I'm not very good at those 'list your gratitudes' things, but I'm forever grateful that Paul McGann's acting career - Doctor Who and otherwise - is a thing I've been able to enjoy for most of my life.
