cal loves rollercoasters that loop and jerk everyone around. he likes the way his heart races as he goes upside down at unbelievable speeds. at the end of the day, his voice is always completely gone due to screaming at the top of his lungs.

on the other hand, andre hates those rides. he always feels sick to his stomach, even if he hasn’t eaten (which he normally has; he loves funnel pies, slushees, and corn dogs.) instead of screaming on the rides, his eyes go wide and he clenches his teeth.

when he gets off of the coasters, he always tells cal he will never go on another rollercoaster. that’s a lie though. cal knows that the moment he says “you won’t do it. no balls.” to andre, andre won’t back down no matter how intense a ride is.

the boys always end the day at the teacups for cal to wind down and for andre to stop shaking before he has to drive.
