Idk If I Can Ask For Help, But After Drawing Furries For Years And Years, Its Been Taking An Irritating

Idk if I can ask for help, but after drawing furries for years and years, it’s been taking an irritating toll on me trying to draw people, ESPECIALLY when the face shape I usually draw is HEAVILY based off of ROTTMNT’s art style, and it stuck with me for months, but now I can’t draw head profiles of people or doing 3/4 profiles without messing it up or it just looking wrong, so does anyone have any tips?

(If critiquing, please don’t be rude, I am only a beginner and this is my third year drawing digitally.)
