Just finished episode 2. Everything Diane says/goes through in this episode... I relate so much. From the medication, the weight gain, the struggles with creativity and inspiration and concentration, the "being on anti-depressants makes everything better but also really not", the struggle with realizing that maybe there was nothing profound about the abuse you went through but that thought (that it meant something) was the only thing that kept you going/kept you alive... I have never seen my personal experince with depression shown so clearly in media.

Also the fact that, yes, sometimes you just wanna read/write a story about a clever young girl detective with a little but of baggage, where everything works oit in the end. And that can be healing too. It helps to escape the darkness that is dragging you down.

I also loved how they visualized Dianes depression/disorganization/self hatred in this episode with the animation style.

Man, I love this show!!

I am building a D&D campaign losely based on the world of Narnia and I needed a new name for the World/continent, because Narnia is the name of one land.

I had all my notes saved in an order titled "Narnia Variant" and I rearranged some letters and took a few out, and now my world is called "Arin Tavan".

I love playing with anagrams and near anagrams.

Sometimes I think "I want to build a pirate city that is a little like Nassau from Black Sails and an english fishing village I once went to, so I just put the names together, rearrange and take out any letters that bother me.

Part of me wants to shift the entirety of Magical Fantasy Adventure Land into the normal world instead of splitting it into a separate realm.

I can't believe Ayda catapulted herself to the top of my fave NPC list in just a few episodes. I am just so happy that she exists (she is so much like me) and I have been loving Fig more and more each episode of sophomore year (not that I didn't before) and they are both like a perfect split of my psychological issues... but together they're better! I vibed with their relationship since the sleepover and now they are canon! They had the best (and most in-character) getting together scene I could have never written.

I am so happy about them.

Also: I can't decide which shipname for them I like more... Songbird is beautiful in sound and metaphor, but Figayda has GAY in it... truly difficult questions indeed...
