Insomia is like really strange (but still sh***y) for me, cause it brings me down and wears me out, gives me headaches and nausea...
... but it also still distracts me and ceeps me from tomorrow.
I can just let my intruding thoughts mix and and become blurred in the dark nightly fog in my incoherent tired mind, rather then wake up after hours that only feel lile minutes and have to start a whole new day with zero energy and all the thoughts brighly visible in my head.
It still sucks for me, sooner or later.
