I have 2 illustrations of 25 y/o Yurio to work on for the next month (lol sorry, I’m slow and I also write on my free time) but I’m pretty happy with the base for both (I’ll be learning coloring and doing light effects for the clothes).
But this one I really love, as I draw it thinking about an specific part of one of the next one shots when Yuri just hit send to a spiteful text and looks across the practice rink - he is obviously NOT having whatever he saw prior sending the text. And his expression is speaking VOLUMES 🤭
I'll ask some tips from a friend who is pretty amazing and works drawing scenes/backgrounds, to complete this one with the rink and work on the magazine cover. I want it to be ready for when I upload that one-shot following Yuri's story from That Old Stupid Proverb About Crying.

If you don't know the context, I made this illustration taking in consideration what how he might look now in the present time (2024-2025) for my fic on the Winter Olympics in Milano-Cortina. So this is adult Yurio❤️🔥 - and yes, he is ANGRY. I'm almost done with the whole piece, I'm learning rendering so that's the next part that I'll try.
