so recently i’ve received an amount of messages and anons about the withdrawal of mass members of the rpc, and i honestly don’t know what’s causing that, but i also feel like anxiety and uncertainty might be a part of the problem, so i’m here with this meme to see if it might help at all! 

(now, for a quick reminder: MUN = you! you, reading this, the person scrolling on tumblr, are a mun! MUSE = your character(s)! everyone in the rpc has a muse (or multiple muses)! they can be canon (characters who appear in media such as books or movies) or original characters (your own amazing original creations). THREAD = you know when you write with a friend, and they reply to the writing with their writing, and you reply with yours, and so on so forth? that lovely back-and-forth of IC (in character) interaction is a thread!)

send in one of the following for the mun (i.e. the writer behind the blog) to talk about the attached thing, but from a randomly selected perspective! why not specify a URL, you ask? because the purpose of this meme is to encourage people to notice and connect with their mutuals!

[ MUN ]:     for the mun to talk about another mun whom they admire or have become close friends with through the rpc.

[ NEW MUN ]:     for the mun to talk about a recent new mutual they’ve begun to follow, why they followed them, what drew them to their blog, etc.

[ MUSE ]:     for the mun to talk about a mun’s muse who they really like, for either the way that they’re written, their characteristics, maybe a specific feature which was noticed in a thread or headcanon post! ( this can be a canon muse, an original character, part of a multi, it’s the receiver’s preference! )

[ CANON ]:     for the mun to talk about a mun’s canon muse who they really like, either in the way that they’re written, how the mun explores their character, characteristics, dynamics, their personality, etc. 

[ OC ]:     for the mun to talk about a mun’s original character (OC) muse who they really like, for any reason at all, from the way that they’re written, themes that are referenced in the portrayal, how the mun explores their character, the characteristics and personality and relationships found in their portrayal, etc.

[ MULTI ]:     for the mun to talk about a multi-muse blog who they really love, the canons or original characters that they particularly like, the mun’s way of writing and exploring their characters, the relationships and themes explored throughout, etc.

[ OUR THREAD ]:     for the mun to talk about a thread that they’re writing (or intending to write) with one of their mutuals, what they love about this thread, what they enjoy most about writing the scenario out with their mutual, etc.

[ THEIR THREAD ]:     for the mun to talk about a thread that they’ve seen on the dash that the randomly selected mutual has written with another person; why they like this thread, what makes the thread stand out, etc.
