I started watching Once Upon a Witchlight not so long ago, but I got really attached to the characters, so much that they made me want to draw again, even after weeks without picking up my pencil !

And thanks to your support, I felt even more confident and motivated to do this second piece, so enjoy !

So if you’ve been following along my coalecroux kid au, you’ll know I haven’t given much of anything to the kid. Well my fantastic mutual @sims-fanatic-and-sprats-enjoyer drew some fantastic art and it has really informed my image of the kid so thank you my friend!

In this au, their kid is a half-elf six or seven year old girl by the name of Seren (it’s a Welsh name meaning Star. I thought it was more than appropriate for a little girl who shines as brightly as one). Her first set of parents unfortunately left her alone in the world and Gideon and Kremy found her early on in their travels together; far before they meet Frost and Gricko or even before they started their own carnival. Right now this au takes place mostly before their adventures of the campaign because… Well because I said. It’s my AU let me figure the logistics out down the line!

Though on a real note, I like the idea of them finding her early on. It gives them lots of time to bond together as a little family, securing their familial ties; so when I inevitable start headcanoning her older and older and they go on their witchlight adventure, I can cause myself and all of you tons of pain with angst! How fun is that?!

No but seriously, at the beginning it’s all fluff and sweetness with a little bit of Kremy angst because for whatever reason, I can’t let Kremy be happy. Stay tuned for more about Seren and her fathers! 🥹
