Gricko is a "The glass is half full" kind of guy.

Frost is a "It doesn't matter how much water is in the glass, what matters is how well the water is filtered. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people die from diseases that they contracted due to poorly filtered water" kind of guy.

Gideon hears that and decides to drink the glass of water anyways because he is a "My stomach is literal fire, any actual diseases will just burn away" kind of guy.

Twig is the "Don't be a little b*tch Gideon, drink the water" kind of gal.

Kremy is secretly worried for his husband but is also the "What the hell, Gid?? We could've sold that glass to a buncha scientists and made an easy electrum piece or two" kind of guy.

And Torbek is depressed because that was his glass of water.

Also there is no "glass half empty" kind of person, because (affectionately speaking) nothing can ever be that simple with these chucklef*cks

The thing is I don't think Gideon is aware hes in love with Kremy. That man is oblivious to everything even his own feelings. He didn't have a normal childhood and never figured out how to discern his romantic feelings. As far as Gideon's aware he and Kremy are just super close.
