 I’ve been making a Sylvix playlist lately and I realised I had a couple of Sylvain-centered songs so here are some of my recs.

This song is about the heartbreak the singer feels after knowing that he was just a “passing character in her story.” Even though the subject of the song is referred to as female, the lyrics apply perfectly to Sylvain’s character. It is perfect as an outsider’s look into Sylvain’s tendency to quickly move on from lover to lover, while also mentioning some underlying insecurity involved in his actions.

This song is about falling out of love with someone. I’d like to think Sylvain “falls in love” frequently, only to realise later that that person doesn’t make him feel whole like he wants. I haven’t heard many songs that deal with falling out of love like this, where it isn’t all heartbreak and sorrow, but just a realisation that that person isn’t as magical as they made them out to be.

Honestly, whenever I’m in a Sylvain mood I just play The 1975. I feel like so many of their songs apply well to Sylvain’s character/tendencies. As for Too Time, it’s just a simple song about an unfaithful relationship, and I see this as what people see Sylvain to be like on the outside; a person who cheats on his partner with a nonchalant attitude.

Hopes for future units in Fire Emblem Heroes #2

More heros/hero units I’d love to see in game

First up. Though I do think the 3H lords are getting a lot of representation, I would love to see them in more fun, seasonal alts. Honestly, their alts feel like just copies of each other, and it would be so much more interesting to their character/design wise to give them a more diverse amount of alts.

Second. I would love to see Validar in the game. Maybe as the grand hero battle unit, but as an Awakening baby, I’d love to see it.

Third, not really a hope but I really hope IS gives Marth a good brave unit and not something that looks like his legendary alt. Marth has gotten the short end of the stick with alts IMO, and I want an amazing designed alt with great skills for his brave unit.

Soooo apparently during the Awakening development the creators talked about having the new FE set in space. Even if it isn’t a main game, I would LOVE an FE set in space, or in the American west or a steampunk setting. It would be incredibly divisive among fans (could potentially spark a new outbreak of elitist lolllll) but it would be amazing to see FE in a new setting like this.

Aka this is me saying put guns in the game IS 😔
