i’m just going to draw people at least vaguely associated with the moon for the rest of the month if that’s ok

I remember when I was first learning how to do draw in middle/early high school I always admired all the sparkly touhou speedpaints on youtube and wanted to do stuff just like that one day. Now... I’m not super big on the giant shoujo eyes eyes but everything i do is usually super glittery and flowy with the ruffles so that’s definitely rubbed off somewhere

i call this the “i wanted to contribute something to the krita 4.0 video, realized that all i do is fanart, then worked on this original thing all week only to be really busy the day it was kinda due and it wouldn’t be ready in time but i wanted to finish it anyway“.

also, since this was in the name of krita shilling anyways, krita 4 is really really swell. i’ve been running 4.0 since the first beta came out and its been the most stable its ever been. also textured brushes and python scripting. I think those two are the things I’m most excited about ;;_;;
