To be honest, Cassandra hadn’t been a too cautious person in her life. She got easily suspicious and didn’t trust the system or government thanks to some of her tv shows. However, when it came to emotional stuff she tended to be inattentive. Not that she easily trusted people, but she wasn’t really cautious either. Having led to her getting her heart -or rather ego- broken more than once.

Taehyung slowly took his lips off of hers, lingering a second on them. If things didn’t turn out as hoped, at least he had that kiss to comfort himself. He opened his eyes then. Seeing Cassandra still had hers closed, he was tempted to take advantage and simply kiss her again. She opened them though, staring at him startled.

The only thing motivating Cassandra to even get up that monday morning, was the fact that there were just these three weeks of the semester left. Before leaving the house, she decided on sliding her new book into her backpack as well. She had a free period after art history, which she could spend continuing browsing in it a bit. Something she hadn’t really had much time to do during the weekend.
