thinking about all the victors that died in the quarter quell for plutatch's plan TM to work... they had so much faith in him. they were so angry and frustrated with the system that they willingly allowed their lives to be taken just so that another child's life won't be. they were all ready to die because they had enough. they want the cycle to end, even if they're not around to see it.
