Soaking In The Morning Sun Everyday After Being Diagnosed By My Dermatologist With A Rare Skin Disorder

Soaking in the morning sun everyday after being diagnosed by my dermatologist with a rare skin disorder which science have not yet found a cure or even know its origin, it's still a fresh case study, which I did not expect, but then for a good amount of years I have neglected and ignored the signs which is a mistake. It's not deadly (surprise!) but it could get worse in the next coming years if I am not mindful of the things that I do with my body so this year I'm focusing more on health.

Quite interesting too in my part, because I feel like I have to know myself again in a different way, like with food intakes and complete lifestyle change; I'm going to forcefully reset everything. Good bye red meat, good bye dairy, good bye beer and good bye coffee..... coffee? Can't promise that.

I am never the self-conscious type of person in terms of the physical aspect, I don't mind gaining a few pounds just as long as I'm happy consuming the things I like or burning my skin bc I am a natural pale human and I despise the concept of umbrellas or just looking like a hobo in a jumpsuit so I can move comfortably in peace. However, knowing about my condition made me over-fucking-think because there are bad triggers I have to be aware of, which I know nothing of.

I'm not going to disclose what it is but there's not a day that I don't think about it. I don't normally feel this way but I'm actually scared of tomorrows and how this would turn out in time. However, I researched about it and said, sun and sea salt can naturally calm it down.

Maybe that's good news? I don't even know.

Dagat life is calling me medically.
