Don’t you love it? Why would you ruin all of this? You will never regret not eating something but you definitely will regret it if you do. So don’t do it. Don’t break your fast. Don’t binge. The cravings will pass.

Guys I need help idk what’s happening I’m on a super strict omad and every time I eat I gain but I can’t fast bc of my mom and idk what’s happening I’m to do bc I’m gaining so much and I can’t handle this I need tips asap I might just start a egg diet and have 2eggs a day and a kiwi and do that with my fasting schedule aka omad plssss send tips
Loosing weight and being skinny feels amazing. Your body filled with water, the emptiness, the structure, looking forward to seeing how much you lost and then getting to have a mini celebration every morning when it goes down. People knowing you as being the girl (or boy) who doesn't eat. Realizing your hip bones and thigh gap is becoming more noticeable. Noticing your pants don't fit anymore. Wearing baggy clothes and they lay on you perfectly. Tight clothes look amazing on you. No matter what anyone says you know that runway models have your body, who cares if you're not "curvy". Making the food you do eat perfect and pure and getting rid of the calories through exercise so it's like you ate nothing at all. Skinniness is everything.
