Ao passar um tempo de molho na água, a berinjela libera uma substância chamada saponina, que ajuda a destruir a gordura corporal. Para conseguir emagrecer mesmo a água de berinjela deve ser consumida antes das três principais refeições. Além disso, é importante seguir uma dieta balanceada e pouco calórica e exercícios para ajudar nos resultados. O primeiro passo para emagrecer é mudar os seus hábitos alimentares, consumindo uma maior quantidade e variedade de alimentos naturais.
Ingredientes:
1 berinjela média ou grande;
1 litro de água;
Bicarbonato de sódio;
1 jarra ou garrafa de água;
Vinagre de maçã.
Modo de preparo:
Limpe a berinjela, lavando-a com bicarbonato de sódio e vinagre de maçã para remover o máximo possível de impurezas tóxicas;
Após a aplicação do vinagre (pode ser outro tipo se não encontrar o de maçã), enxágue bem a berinjela para sair o gosto do que foi utilizado para a limpeza;
Corte a berinjela em rodelas de mais ou menos 1 cm e meio – não retire a casca pois nela existem muitos nutrientes importantes;
Adicione cada rodela à jarra ou garrafa. Depois de colocar todas, adicione 1 litro de água;
Após seguir estes passos, a água de berinjela deve ficar descansando na geladeira durante a noite toda (recomenda-se fazer a água antes de deitar).
É só consumir.
Obs: Você pode adicionar limão à água de berinjela, pois além de também ter muitas vitaminas importantes, potencializa as propriedades da água de berinjela, fazendo com que os resultados de seu consumo sejam maiores.

This is a Stocking Anarchy inspired 4n4 diet, following her extreme diet in ep 7 when she was trying to lose weight.

You notice you've gained weight. That's the worst thing that can ever happen! You make a plan to lose weight, just like stocking.

5.000-10.000 steps a day
600 cal max a day
Routine : ༄˖°.🐈⬛.ೃ࿔*:・
You wake up at 4:00 am- 6:00 am, you get out of bed, dress into a comfortable (prefferably gothic) workout outfit and start!
Workout: .🕸️.ೃ࿔*:・ 1. 100 jumping jacks 2. 20 push-ups 3. 20 plank up and down 4. 20 hip twists 5. 20 sit ups 6. 50 crunches 7. 100 squats 8. 100 jumping jacks

Wow.. that was tiring, but it dosent matter you need to get that scale down! Do a weight in, have that as a motivation. Time to eat something. Stocking loves sweets, so do you. But sweet things are so high calorie.. here are some options!

When you get back from where you were (school, work ect.) get into more comfortable clothes, put on a face mask and do a leg workout.

I finally made a new set of rules for myself because I clearly can't make myself follow the other ones.
1.) Don't eat over 700 cals daily
2.) Skip at least 1 meal daily
3.) Stop snacking entirely
4.) Eat less calorie dense foods
5.) Fast at least 16 hours daily (Preferably at once)
6.) Water for thirst anything else for pleasure
7.) Weigh myself every morning before eating but after the bathroom
8.) Take weekly or more body check photos
9.) measure myself weekly
10.) Log my calories even on binge days
I think today is a great day to start this because it's a fresh month and I can just forget last month.

My dad is going on a work trip for 3 days so I need to get my act together because more than likely at least one of the days we won't make dinner and I can do a full 24 hour fast so I need to not eat every single one of the 3 days which will lead me to three days of omad and hopefully inspire me to stick to it! I need to be held accountable and somebody to stop me from eating at school😫 its my biggest problem😭

Okay it's been bad lately but I am determineren to have a good June, I'm going to phoenix to see my grandpa again which I also did last year an di lost like 5 or 7 pounds or smth in 5 days which was pretty good and this time I'm going to try and eat way less and burn more calories!! I'm so excited I want to be good for the next week or so until we leave to go there because I need to look better than last time I was there lol❤️

OMG, Apparently my scale is off by a little bit or smth because when I got my physical today I'm at 153 pounds! Which is my lowest weight!!!❤️ And my sister is 141 so I'm gonna try and get skinnier than her b4 school starts which is in a month! So that's only 12 pounds, so I'm thinking maybe jussttttt maybe I can get to the 130 before school starts agin because that will be a noticeable difference❤️🙏
