When Kirishima gets stressed he tends to tense up like a lot of people do in response to stress. However, unlike most other people, tensing up often leads to him subconsciously activating his quirk. He just tenses and tenses until his skin and muscles go rigid. He doesn’t always notice right away and it’s often not his full body. You can tell he’s really stressed when his shoulders or the back of his neck go hard, or his hands which he’ll also usually clench and unclench. If he’s stressed enough, it might be difficult for him to turn off even when he realizes it, because he just can’t relax.
