Do You Know Any Good Radfem Podcasts Or Youtubers? I'm Following Vanessa Wokey And "actual Feminism Presents"
do you know any good radfem podcasts or youtubers? i'm following vanessa wokey and "actual feminism presents" but those two seem to be the only ones.... i've tried to listen to women who market themselves as feminists but they're all liberal at best...đĽ˛
sure! unfortunately vanessa vokey has fallen into some conservative and racist rhetoric so i wouldnât say that sheâs a good representation of radical feminism--plus sheâs gender critical at best. i was really disappointed when i found that out.Â
but there are several great radfem youtubers that i would recommend!
radical responses is my absolute favorite
youâre kiddinâ right is also really great. she posts pretty much every day and is middle-aged so i really appreciate her perspective
kathleen may has excellent perspectives and explanations of radical feminism
magdalen berns sadly passed away a couple years ago from brain cancer, but her videos are still up. sheâs been a pioneering force for radical feminist discussion online and a huge inspiration for a lot of us.Â
feminist heretics has a lot of readings of radical feminist literature
radical ramblings talks about a wide variety of radical feminist issues and seems really smart and knowledgeableÂ
the womenâs liberation front channel has a lot of panel talks and presentations
peachyoghurt genderfree is another older woman who has really great videos. she doesnât update super often but when she does itâs always great
finding good radical feminist podcasts has been more difficult. i was a big fan of adult human female but itâs been about a year since she updated and the majority of her podcasts were taken down :( thereâs still a few left up though and theyâre worth a listen
i just recently found radical rayâs podcast and i havenât listened to all of it yet but itâs great so far! she has a very calming voice too
hope that helps! đ

When I saw the story today in the news, I had to stop what I was doing and call my mom about it. I loved the very hungry caterpillar as a child. RIP Eric Carle, your illustrations live on.

These books should help you learn exactly what some of the tenets of Radical Feminism are, as well as give you an exact explanation for some of the things you feel but can't really name/place a reason for. I found these helpful so I am sharing them to you <3

I hope it's as useful to you as it was for me :)

âI always remember having this fight with a random dude who claimed that âstraight white menâ were the only true innovators. His prime example for this was the computer⌠the computer⌠THE COMPUTER!!! THE COM-PU-TER!!!
Alan Turing - Gay man and âfather of computingâ Wren operating Bombe - The code cracking computers of the 2nd world war were entirely run by women Katherine Johnson - African American NASA mathematician and âHuman computerâ Ada Lovelace - arguably the 1st computer programmerâ
- Sacha Coward
Also Margaret Hamilton - NASA computer scientist who put the first man on the moon - an as-yet-unmatched feet of software engineering, here pictured beside the full source of that computer programme. #myhero
Grace Hopper - the woman that coined the term âbugâ Â
