Yeah. This is true and very well known, but I see a lot of ppl bash introjects for identifying with it. Do you understand how exhausting it is to fight for your identity? Do you understand how much hurt it feels to be disconnected from source when it's the one thing that gives you comfort? Do you understand how hard it is to look in the mirror and not see yourself? Some alters choose to identify with what they are from because it's all they have. It's all I have. Even if it's not the greatest source. We are all aware people who are not great in their sources are not the same if split this is basic information but what about the guys who just wanna look at a photo of themselves or source and feel comfort in it? We can all have our own things, sure, but I hate the ideology of "you are in a better place." "You're different now." no im not. I'm fucking 2bdamned from madness combat and that's who I'm gonna be.
