due to the complete lack of information in the canon, I embarked on an exuberant imaginary research. So, I am comissioning Mellow and my version of The Doctor next week to the guy, who did the background of my blog (actually he did an animatic for me and this is my favourite frame). He has really low prices (which I don't like, since this dude deserves far more money, and I told him that 😤).

I have no idea how long it will take since it's two detailed references, but we'll see.
