I’m not here to teach (or educate) anything to anyone but only as a reminder about the benefits of nature which, has its own limits. Wilderness cleans our air, filters our water and provides home for human as well as for wildlife. So it is crucial for humanity, which is already to blame, to bring radical changes today before it’s entire extinction tomorrow. That is my only intention here folks. #BlueJays
07:03 in the morning after a stormy night. These Blue Jays are always hungry and also very wet. The last one seems very intrigued about the new 1080 wifi camera.
#RavenScent
You know Ravens have a distinguished particular odor like dogs have, which everyone enjoy so much; so...
During the nesting period, Diane has to leave us for about 5 weeks and Jack, her life partner, has to provide her with all the food that she needs while incubating the eggs.
I love them both but Diane is the first one I've meet and the bond between us is strong. During that period I really miss her.
So what I do is just open this big jar, which is full of their body feathers, which I've picked up from time to time, and take a big smell out of it.
And if you have no idea what the smell of a Raven is? Well it's like an amazing "méchoui" roasted outside over a wood fire; or like some kind of aromatic incense fragrance smoked like "Nuit d'Opium".
#Pourboire
Now to whom it may concern I'll explain one little thing here; How Tips Work. It's not very complicated, in Québec, Canada, you just give the same amount as the taxes.
This bottle (worth around 40$) and cash (75$) were received as a tip. So that is a very generous pourboire and that kind of situation happens frequently. But hey, who am I to complain about it? Right?
So thank you very much Madame, Sir, and have a pleasant evening.
#MourningDove
Even Mourning Doves are staying the entire Canadian Winter with us; as long as seeds can be found.
