I’m not here to teach (or educate) anything to anyone but only as a reminder about the benefits of nature which, has its own limits. Wilderness cleans our air, filters our water and provides home for human as well as for wildlife. So it is crucial for humanity, which is already to blame, to bring radical changes today before it’s entire extinction tomorrow. That is my only intention here folks. #Wildfires
These actively burning wildfires must stop.
They say that these high temperatures followed by lack of rain have a long-term effect on society, wildlife and nature. And also that wind can spread smoke and gases over wide areas affecting thousands of kilometers downwind.
Here we're at more than 5000km from the main activity and everyone can feel the effects.

#AtlanticPuffin
Encounter with an official pair of Atlantic Puffins, symbol for the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, while on our way to visit some friends.
Even if the Atlantic Puffin has a large population with a wide range, this species declined rapidly resulting in it being rated as vulnerable by the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature).
What helps them is that colonies are mostly on islands, with no terrestrial predators.

#WinnipegLakes
While visiting more friends on another road trip to Winnipeg... where the earth is flat and the roads are straight.
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. October 8th, 2021.
#You'veGotAFriendInMe
Not good quality pictures, it has been extracted from a video. But that's not the point.

#NoOneCanEscapetime
Gram'Pa Rose-breasted Grosbeak is here...
By instinct we used to think that all birds migrate and that it's a normal process. Sadly not all of them are still able to. Like all of us they get old and sometimes gain weight. Those ones who are force to stay the entire Winter Season with us take a chance and count roughly on their survival skills. Unfortunately most of them die. There's nothing to do except enjoying their presence while they are here.
No one can escape the power of time.
