Nighttime reflection on the cards I had drawn during the morning.

So yeah, this day really did test my sense of peace and integrity. My sister, who now lives in a different country, got annoyed with my mom for pestering her in-laws. And she had a lot to say to me during a video chat. Maintaining a sense of balance, a situation that tests or rewards your honesty, integrity, accountability, conviction, and fairness is how I often interpret the justice card. The themes of such were really dominant and apparent in my day, and it repeated when my niece was annoyed with me after seeing my sister's irritated messages at the group chat. She also had a lot to say to me. To be fair, I have to agree that I hadn't exactly been diligently aware of my mom's actions and thus contributed to the source of the issue. So yeah, this is a bit of an accountability issue and being irresponsibly-unaware-issue. I like that Astromatrix tarot card for justice is very artistically similar to the thoth tarot adjustment card because the Adjustment cards meaning of maintaining balance and a balancing act. I am receiving some deserved karma for my laziness and, at the same time, have to be honest and maintain integrity, a tough balancing act.

The world card appearing in the position of the situation beneath is also something I find apt because despite dealing with stresses from other people, I actually was able to accomplish what needs to be done: get mother to stop pestering my sisters in-laws, arrange a courier pickup and delivery, as well as succussfuly retrieve my sisters packages. I actually did feel a lot of peace and calm through most of the day, feeling like I have all that i need and want within my day.

Temperance, in the position of the advice card, was definitely something I have achieved in the way I handled the issues that came up. I didn't get angry, annoyed, overly upset, nor responded with negativity to the outbursts of my sister nor my niece. I listened and felt like i had successfully internalized external and opposing forces and dealt with things in a harmonious manner. I think I can also partly credit my mindfulness practices and meditations for making me more calm and even-keeled. I faced off with annoyance and anger fueled confrontations during different times of the day, but I didn't get mad back and responded in a way that I think didn't exacerbate the situation. I like the image of this card. An angel combines the opposing elements of fire and water, as doves of peace and beautiful flowers emanate and surround her.

The Gaia card I had drawn this morning was also quite apt. My mother was literally the main source of the issue. Hahaha. But yeah, there was actually a lot of abundance enjoyed in this day, and the necessity of being nurturing, attentive, and caring to everyone and everything that's important to me was plainly obvious in my day.
