I Really Am Doing The Nightly Tumblr Essay Thing Arent I. Its Fun, I Think I Would Enjoy Doing Some Creative

I really am doing the nightly Tumblr essay thing aren’t I. It’s fun, I think I would enjoy doing some creative writing to get all this energy out when I have nothing interesting to write an essay about. Nice creative hobby too, I’ve been craving one of those.

The most important thing I have learned from this website can be summarised as it is often stated, “you can do whatever you want forever”. This applies to the aroace experience, but also applies to everyone else, because nobody should feel constrained by norms.

There is a boy I want to kiss, not because I have a crush on him or I am sexually attracted to him because neither of those are true (and I am quite certain of this). He’s just a good friend and I want to show my affection in a way that is fun and breaks the rules. The fact that I don’t even know if I like kissing is irrelevant.

I saw a while back a post asking if we can deromanticise kissing already… babe when you’re aro kissing means exactly what you want it to mean every time. Even when you’re alloromantic kissing can mean whatever you want. We don’t need social permission to define our own relationships.

Idk if it’ll pan out with this boy anyway, but it’s fun to think about at least.
