It's been a minute!! kinda got wrapped up with everything else, but had a few minutes to spare so l decided to paint a kiwi!!!

Even the Righteous Man cries sometimes,

Usually it’s when he thinks no one else sees

But sometimes the dam gets broken,

One way or another.

The Angel always sees his tears,

Helpless, as humanity is the one wound he can’t fix.

He does his best, but he knows better.

Far better.

But still the Angel tries to heal the Righteous Man

For faith, maybe, for love.

And yet still the Righteous Man cries,

For a life he could never have and a life he feels he doesn’t deserve.

*gestures frantically* Listen, hear me out- no really, listen, alright. Look, I’m no genius, but like, you know that one ep of Spn with the magicians and the PT Barnum book or whatever?? How in the name of Chuck did they miss the opportunity to idk, put the boys in slutty magician outfits and maybe call Dean ‘Magic Mike’ and make him wear eyeliner????????? Because??? Hello??

Anyways I am in the middle of a bit of a style flux- I usually draw almost-realism and portraits and it’s a little hard maintaining those aspects when a face is tiny but I’m getting there!!

Hope I’m not the only one who thinks this would’ve been a good idea!!
