My first reaction to this:

Magnifico looks up with a satisfied face and says, "Fantastic, don't you think?"
While Melody stares at that path with wide and surprised eyes and says "Tell me I'm dreaming."
Where they are looking is an advertising billboard of wish, the one with Magnifico lying on his side with a smugly face and holding a wish orb. This billboard is similar to the Godmother billboard in Shrek 2.

OK, but I can't stop thinking about it 💀

(Now the thought and theory that Magnifico is kinda fairy godmother is increasing)
