If happiness was a tangible thing, it would be you...

There is no need for Santa when he is there..

Some Amaya x Magnifico headcanon?
Hi anon :D
Thanks for asking..

*clears throat*
Well, to be honest, I don't really see these two as a real couple, the tension between them is a bit cold and I don't see strong interest, but I have some headcanons, They're not that perfect but here we go:
Amaya is always more calm and cool and collected than Magnifico, while Magnifico acts more like a child and jokes and moves around a lot. (Although this one was also clear in the movie)
Magnifico always wants Amaya's attention, wants her approval of what he did and what he would do.. and Amaya do so.
whenever magnifico is stressed or upset and whiny, Amaya hugs him and kisses him and caresses his head.
Magnifico had taught Amaya simple and beginner spells that would come in handy in times of need, athough Amaya doesn't use them (almost) because she wants Magnifico to feel like he can only do magic here and also Amaya likes to do things with her own hands rather than magic.
Amaya was the one who could tame Magnifico. His most trusted advisor. The one who could see past his magic and see a man.
The two of them have affection and sweet love towards each other, but not a lovey-dovey one, like talking sweetly, holding hands, putting head on shoulder, kiss on cheek, forehead and hand (sometimes lips but rarely)
Magnifico usually presents Amaya with loving letters in his charming handwriting - which he writes with his own hand and without magic - and roses.
The two drink afternoon tea And they eat cookies (especially walnut cookies that Magnifico likes so much) in the rose garden under the gazebo and talk.
And also Amaya likes cinnamon tea, Magnifico likes green tea more.
Magnifico has nightmares most nights, the nightmare of when he was a child and everything burned in fire, and he wakes up with a gasp, Amaya, knowing this, hugs him and rubs his back to give him some comfort, she even lets him cry on her shoulder.
Amaya was not lucky to have a child (for some reasons) , although Magnifico is afraid to accept such a responsibility even if there was a chance and it's because of his trauma that he is afraid of losing everything he loves again.
Magnifico was 21 and Amaya was 16 when they met each other by accident.
Amaya lived in the village, although no one knows her past and family, one day she was in the marketplace that the young Magnifico, who came to prepare materials and tools for his study, caught her attention. She couldn't take her eyes off him and resist. Amaya fell in love, while Magnifico was busy studying and didn't notice her, until Amaya decided to approach him and get his attention.
Magnifico noticed her attention and affection, and because he felt alone, he eventually accepts this love and three years later their marriage becomes official for everyone, while Amaya got married for love and Magnifico to not feel alone and to have someone to talk to.
However, none of them got what they really wanted in the end.
Even with the love and time they spent together, they still don't trust each other completely and haven't told their deepest secrets to each other, especially Amaya.
I have many other things in mind, but I think it's enough.. However, they are not that new.
I am going to include the rest of them in my story.

"I remember being told a lot that 'every time you fall, Just get up and keep going'" -"That's why you went this far"

A little excursion in the forest, without anyone recognizing you.
- Hey Maggy! What do you think about my clothes? I designed it myself- I just have an M on my cape like yours!

- Keep this with you, It protects you from harm and evil.

Since my story takes place after the movie, it means that many things have changed, even our good-voiced goat. Here, Valentino is almost six-months-old.
I admit this is another one of my favorite characters from Wish.
I've finished this little one in the past few days and I'm going to post new characters or those that have changed their appearance in my story. So I started with Valentino (Because I had already drawn his design).

"They still seem alive, free and floating, don't they?"
I was browsing through my unfinished/unpublished works and this one caught my attention.
Originally, the Imprisoned Wishes were supposed to be locked in one of these cages, but apparently this one also turned out to be a rejected draft.

His eyes very big and shiny ποΈπποΈ like a kitten's
Am I the only one who thinks so or did you also notice the tremor in his voice?
Maybe I am paying too much attention...
This explains things even further. I would like to see how haters want to continue..
The King's Fall
Thereβs something important Iβd like to share about this story.
The king, deeply shaken and worried about an unknown threat, feels the weight of being the sole protector of his kingdom. His trauma from past experiences and the fear of possibly not being able to deal with this danger consume him. He turns to the resources at his disposal but finds no answers. The only remaining option he can think of is the forbidden book. But then his wife suggests asking for help from the people of Rosas, an idea he accepts.

The king summons the people, asking for their help identifying the traitor threatening the kingdom. He asks them only to provide information so that he can deal with it himself.
But once the questions begin and someone says the trigger word βwishβ, everyone quickly forgets about the urgent matter and starts asking about wishes. They question the kingβs competence in protecting their wishes and begin clamoring for a new wish ceremony.
βCan you hold a wish ceremony? Weβd be happy.β
βCan you hold a ceremony today?β
βCan you hold a ceremony NOW?β
With everyone talking at once, it was disrespectful and inconsiderate. Naturally, the king would be irritated.
(What do you think this is? Christmas?)
Bringing order and demanding silence, he asks if all they can think about is the wish ceremony, and they confirm that yes, all they think about is the wish ceremony.
The disappointment and irritation are obvious.
In his frustration, he makes a deal: those who help him will be rewarded with a wish, but those who help the traitor will not. This was quite sensible, as they donβt seem inclined to be helpful otherwise.

Soβ¦ the worst thing that can happen to traitors is not having their wish granted by the king they betrayedβ¦ no imprisonment? no banishment? Okayβ¦
The movie makes it seem like he was irrational and overreacted by getting upset. However, it doesnβt take much to realize that the peopleβs behavior was incredibly annoying; he has every right to be irritated.
Amaya says they acted this way because the king made them comfortable enough to do so. Which is true. They were very comfortable and complacent.
So, he goes out to vent and de-stress alone, which is perfectly reasonable?

Heβs at the height of his stress and irritation, disappointed with his people. Add the past trauma. Thereβs an unknown threat, and heβs the only one who can defend the kingdom. Seeing no other options, since heβs already tried everything he can think of, he turns to the last resort: the forbidden book. His strong emotions clouded his vision and judgment. He made a hasty and poor decision, which was his mistake, and he ended up cursed.
That said, Iβd like to share a piece of life advice that applies to everyone.
Never make any decisions when youβre emotionally shaken, especially important decisions.
When youβre overwhelmed by your emotions, it clouds your vision and judgment. You canβt see the big picture, and reality becomes blurred. If you act hastily, unless a miracle happens, youβll most likely make a bad decision that youβll regret later.
Even the most altruistic person can make mistakes under the impact of emotions, making poor decisions that negatively affect those around them and themselves.
You can be stressed, you can be angry. Take some time for yourself and do whatever helps you de-stress. But donβt make any decisions in that state. Calm yourself first. Then, yes, carefully analyze your options and make a decision. Donβt be hasty.
Therefore, itβs essential for everyone to learn and develop the ability to manage their emotions properly. Developing emotional intelligence and self-control is crucial for living a balanced and wise life. Live wisely, and you will live well.
If trauma is involved, the challenge is even greater, as it directly attacks your emotions and judgment, distorting reality further. It is crucial that you seek to work through and heal from your trauma, no matter how big or small, so that it does not control you and your life.
You are not your emotions.
You are not your trauma.
Donβt let these things control you.
You are greater than all of this, even if you donβt feel like it is true. The truth is, you can win and overcome all of these things.
Thank you for reading. Take care and be well. π
The last time Magnifico was at Disney:

He didn't seem to mind leaving.
We: *Hours of studying/analysing body language and personality and re-watching every second to find the most logical and correct evidence*
They: NAH, you say this because he is too handsome and charming and you fell sorry for his past story and he lies and blah blah blah.. he is a villain cuz Disney said so.
Okay but it's not about surface-level charm, it's about the character's inner motivations and actions.
And I have to say we stand by our research and conclusion.
What do you think guys?
In my opinion, it was reasonable that Sabino's wish was not granted on the ceremony.

Magnifico said that it is his responsibility to only grants wishes that he's sure are good for Rosas.
This means that he must make sure that the real intention of that wish and its owner is something for the good of their society.
And maybe Sabino's wish was not as dangerous as Magnifico thought, BUT.
He was right that his wish was too vague. Sabino wanted to inspire the next generation, certainly not just to play lute (because if he had waited this long to play an instrument, I must say... he was too easygoing!).
And Asha requested the king to grant her grandfather's wish in the same ceremony that was tonight. I know, she approached him very respectfully and tactfully to somehow request this, (I mean, she didn't want to be the king's apprentice JUST because of the position. Even when Gabo told her that she was trying to cheat the system, Asha's body language was betraying her words saying "I'm not trying to cheat anything". Of course, if I were in her place, I would try to achieve my desires or my loved ones, but this is a bit tricky).
So Magnifico said that her grandfather's wish was vague and he could not grant it on his birthday- which was the same day.
He doesn't take the risk of granting a wish he's not sure what it is - and it's only been a few moments since he saw it closely - and also Asha wants it to be granted TODAY, which means he doesn't have enough time to study and analyze it.
So not granting Sabino's wish and rejecting Asha's request was a rational decision. Asha just wanted to grant her grandfather's wish and make him happy on his birthday, but she did not see the bigger picture, she was not in Magnifico's place to understand why he made such decisions and I attribute this to her attitude. (For me, I am someone who doesn't look at things from only one point of view. One sees the glass half full, one sees the glass half empty, and one sees the whole glass).
If Asha really understood Magnifico's position, she would never have acted impulsively without consultation and would not have rebelled and turned everyone against the king- which will cause chaos in their kingdom in the future.
Magnifico: *builds a utopia and provides comfort for his people so that they don't suffer like him and doesn't charge tax and even grants a wish every month - something a normal kingdom doesn't have*
Asha: *singing* so I make this wish, to have something MORE-
I really give him the right to say "This is the thanks I get?!"
