Honestly what I would not have given for Season 3, redeemed Zuko to have been ridiculously passive to everything Katara said to him before they had their field trip.

Katara: “You won’t have to worry about your destiny anymore. Because I’ll make sure it ends right there. Permanently.”

Zuko: “That’s fair.”

Katara: “Maybe you’re just not as good as you think you are.”

Zuko: “No you right.”

Zuko: “I don’t deserve this.”

Katara: “Yeah, you don’t.”

Zuko: "So we are in agreement."

Katara is just absolutely baffled because he literally just won't let her insult him because he insults himself.

No one insults Zuko but Zuko.

A:TLA where everything is the same except Ozai wears crocs.

They end their romance with Katara and start a beautiful bromance

Seriously do not understand how people can say that Zuko and Aang would hate each other because they would fight over who should be with Katara. Have ya'll not seen their friendship?

Their friendship is so special, why would you want to break them up🥺

Appa hated it, at first. Fire was the element of the enemy, and Appa’s time away from his family only solidified that notion. Fire destroys, fire is an agent of chaos. Fire has no master. Fire burns.

Appa had thought it was over, that his weeks of flying the Earth Kingdom alone trying to find Aang would be cut short when he didn’t have the strength to fight his way out the his chains underneath Lake Laogi. He was smarter than most other animals, and knew his death was approaching much quicker than he ever thought.

He thought he would die by fire, not by earth.

Even with the Blue Spirit mask on, Appa still knew who had come to see him in chains. He reared up an anger and fear, but the metal links clanked taut, and he could not even get close to the figure.

Then, Prince Zuko has let him go.

It would sometimes get cold being so high in the mountains, the wind whistling through the odd structure of the Western Air Temple. Sometimes, Aang and his friends would curl around the Fire Prince, Aang’s claimed space always with his head pillowed against his firebending teacher’s belly, his cheek turned into the fabric of Zuko’s shirt. Sometimes the Avatar would drool a little, but Zuko would just give a gentle smile, and not bother to wake him.

When is was raining and the temperature dropped even farther, Zuko would sometimes breathe a small breath of fire above them, warming the air around them.

Aang’s arms would unconsciously wrap tighter around Zuko’s waist, humming in approval at the additional warmth.

Appa wasn’t afraid of Zuko’s fire.

Not when he was teaching Aang how to do the same thing, not when he was the one who freed him, not when it was his breathing that kept them warm on chilly nights.

Sometimes, when they were all asleep, including Zuko, Appa would snuggle against the Fire Prince’s head, (as well as he could, anyway) and did his best to keep him warm, too.

Fire was no longer an enemy, fire was his family.

I was thinking about this the other day and I’m truly shocked that I never thought about it before.

There’s a lot of argument about whether or not Aang should have killed Ozai. He was a horrible person, and the world would have been better off without him, and I think that’s pretty much undeniable. In my eyes, Ozai is not redeemable the way Iroh or Zuko were, or that Azula may have the potential to be.

And that, I’ve realized, is the entire point.

I have no doubts that the writers have the talent to create a really awesome, morally ambiguous villain that some would look at and think “Actually, they kinda have a point.” But they chose not to.

And the fact that despite this, Aang still chose to honor the fact that Ozai’s life is still precious truly speaks volumes about the lesson that the show was trying to teach us.

I can only imagine how Zuko must have felt when his fire bending was weak after the leaving the Fire Nation and before meeting the dragons.

He has one thing to offer Team Avatar, one thing that only he can do to help end the war, and the second he wants to use it for good, it’s gone.

Poor boy can’t catch a break.

You guys think Appa and Druk got along?

Congratulations to the Insect Glaive for being voted Best Monster Hunter Weapon! Insect Glaive absolutely dominated the tournament, winning against every single opponent it faced.

Hunting Horn comes in 2nd place after a thrilling final battle, in which it lost to Insect Glaive by just less than 1%!!

And in 3rd is the respectable Great Sword. Good taste, hunters!

Honorable mention goes to the Heavy Bowgun, who was brutally eliminated in the first round, earning it the title Worst Monster Hunter Weapon. And let's get another round of applause for Dual Blades, whose brave sacrifice prevented a doomed future.

What’s advice that you would like to give new hunters?

Mine would be to invest in flash bombs.

What’s some information that you know that were surprised other hunters didn’t? I will go first: all my hunting party didn’t know that in the top right hand corner of the Infernal Springs, on top of the little hill, is a Brewhare.

I had asked about what monster everyone just absolutely hates, but now I want to know everyone’s favorite!

I love the Velkana, it’s just absolutely gorgeous, and the armor in Rise makes me feel like I’m Elsa.

The insect glaive is such a good weapon because nothing is funnier than killing an Elder Dragon by hitting it with a butterfly.

When I was first introduced to Master Utsushi, my first thought was that he was Rise’s edgy character.

Then he spoke.

I feel like everyone has that particular monster that they just HATE, either for no reason or a very particular reason. Or many particular reasons. Mine is the Shogun Ceanataur, it just has terrible vibes.
