AWKWARDLY GIVES IT A HANDSHAKE

❛ Looking down at your hand reached out towards him, he's at a loss. After a few moments of staring at it, and looking at you for any hint, he clasps your hand and gives it an awkward shake. At the sight of your barely contained sniggering, his eyes widen and he quickly inquires about your sudden outburst. This only sends you into further peals of laughter, to his absolute bewilderment. He watches you helplessly until you start to calm down, briefly taken by surprise when he feels you pull him into a warm hug. With a hopeless smile, he finds that he's happy too to see you smiling. ❜

GIVES IT A KISS ON THE KNUCKLES

— Vyn Richter.

❛ With your hand silently reached out towards him, he knows it's a sort of test to see what he would do with it. He quickly picks what he thinks is the best of the options available to him, bowing slightly and pulling your hand to his lips, pressing a delicate kiss to the top of your knuckles. His eyes flit up to your face to gauge your reaction. Your wide blown eyes seem to be answer enough for him, his back straightening as he takes in your fidgetiness. A chuckle slips his mouth and he directs your attention from what he had done subtly, although he prides himself on being able to bring out such a reaction from you. ❜

PLACES IT ON HIS HEAD

— Luke Pearce.

❛ He cocks his head to the side and wonders what exactly you're doing holding out your hand like that. Hesitantly, he takes your hand and guides it to rest on top of his head. He peers at you and is quick to let go of your hand when he sees the smile tugging at your lips. His cheeks burn as he listens to your little chuckles and turns away from you to hide the redness of his face. When you reach out to ruffle his hair, he grabs a hold of your hand and pulls you close into a warm hug, taking you completely by surprise. Pulling away, he sends you a bright grin when he sees your shocked expression, thinking about teasing you more often. ❜

LAYS IT ON HIS CHEEK AND PRESSES A KISS TO THE PALM

❛ Despite a moment of hesitation when your hand appears in his line of vision, he's quick to tug it to place on his cheek softly. And all while maintaining eye contact with you, he lifts the hand ever so slightly to brush a kiss to your palm, sending a set of shivers down your arm. Abruptly, you snatch your hand away and turn your back to him, ever to his amusement. His voice gently coaxes you to turn back around again so he could remember the face you'd made forever. Carefully, as though afraid to break you, he spins you around to face him and he swears he's never felt more at home than when looking at your face. ❜

Which demon brothers has the best control on their sins.

This is just my opinion and what I have seen so far in the lessons. Also because I need something to get rid of the writer block I'm having currently. ANYWAYS, Enjoy!

The first one would be, Satan.

Satan, my cat-loving demon has the best control on his sin! He's very patient and cool-headed despite being the avatar of wrath. There's even some HC's that he took this trait from Mammon, for how Mammon took care all of his brothers after the fall.

Even so, is no excuse that he hurt us before but he has the best control on his sin so far. Not turning into his demon form and hurting us at least.

The second one would be, Mammon.

He doesn't have the best control but hey, at least this cute tsundere never transform into his demon form out of anger towards us before. He's the most patient out of all the brothers and took care of them after the fall. It would be hard holding his sin while simultaneously take care of his brothers.

Even though he doesn't have the best control, his caring and giving attitude kinda makes up for it, don't you think? He might be a bit of a scum yes, but that's just him being the avatar of greed. He deserve some credit for this.

The third one would be, Asmodeus.

Another one that never transform his demon form towards us. He's also patient like Mammon and rarely gets angry. Although he doesn't have the best control, he's been doing an incredible job at not hurting us in any way. I place him at third because he tried to charm us which disappointed me.

I have nothing else to say about him much really, but still impressed how he never transform but also not wanting to make us uncomfortable. He's the avatar of LUST hello? His love for us and is willing to wait is just really...sweet.

The fourth one would be Belphie.

I STILL don't forgive him for killing us. I put this cow at fourth because he's also don't have good control on his sin. But at least he doesn't sleep all the time. He at least does something like reading mangas, watching the stars, playing games, exercise.

Overall, he's okay. He doesn't sleep all the time and does things to occupy his time rather than drifting himself to slumber. He's like Satan, doesn't transform and hurt us after lesson 16. Still holding a grudge tho.

The fifth would be Leviathan.

This otaku control on his sin isn't bad but I place him at fifth because of the occasional times he summon Lotan. Whenever he get angry, he would sometimes summon Lotan. Which would lead to flooding the whole place and cleaning up afterwards.

He's a 50/50 I would say. He is the avatar of envy but doesn't act upon his sin. He doesn't kill anyone out of jealousy or anything, he just drown himself in self-hatred most of the time. But seriously, he really need more confidence in himself.

The sixth would be Beelzebub.

This sweetheart...I'm sorry, I'm placing you at sixth. He doesn't have the best control on his sins because of the constant hunger he experience. He does transform and got angry because we, mc's and Mammon ate his custard. ( I'm still a bit upset about this. )

He's like Mammon, his caring and kind attitude makes up for his uhmm healthy appetite. He would help out with anything as long as your willing to give him food. He helped Luke and patient with us. Also, consent. He always ask permission before doing anything. So, he's good.

Lastly, Lucifer.

Alright, this peacock...how should I go about him? He's just terrible. Terrible at controlling his sin. He let his sin run loose and took pride in what he does. He even hurt us and nearly kill us. He never apologise for it either. I can't with this man...

But nonetheless, his pride is what kept his sibling under control. He does put his pride away, just...he really should be more honest. Him, Mammon and Levi are just bunch of tsunderes really.

( I just want apologies from them. Even if they kill us and stuff, they should at least apologize to show that they regret for hurting us. But if I we're to think in another way, them spending time with us and treating us nicely is probably a way of them making up for their actions. Still, I want my sorry. )

SATAN'S SELF-IDENTITY ISSUES

{⚠} Disclaimer! Lesson 11, 51 and 58 spoilers ahead! There's also mentions of dissociation.

I'm thinking about how insecure Satan is about his own identity... We all know the issue he has with Lucifer because he comes from him, and he doesn't want to be related to him in any way, since he wants to be his own person, separated from Lucifer, but there's more than only that. Imagine being born from someone like that, and then being treated like a sibling, it would be really confusing for you since you are not siblings. I remember multiple scenes where Satan says that he's not Lucifer's brother or he doesn't want to be, and it's understandable, since he's actually right, but the thing is, even tho he was always treated like any other brother, he never felt like one of the brothers, but he had to stick to it. Satan also has shared memories with Lucifer, which can potentially make him dissociate from his own person, and may be another reason of why he "hates" Lucifer. But he doesn't really hate Lucifer, it's more of a "fear" he has, as we can see in lesson 58:

That "you hate yourself" makes me ask myself... Why? It's understandable that he has those insecurities and issues with his identity, but why does he really hate himself? It may be because of the same reason, because of his identity, he doesn't know who he really is, he's still trying to understand and assimilate the situation, but maybe it's because of how he was born, maybe he wasn't only born from Lucifer's wrath, but also from his self-hatred, Lucifer was a prideful angel, and being kicked out from the Celestial Realm must have been a thorn for him, losing his high rank, the position he was so proud of, and not only that, but he turned into a Demon, a being he hated.

In lesson 51-9 we can see how Simeon calls Satan "Sully" multiple times, and how it all ended up being a Simeon's plan to make Satan understand Lucifer better, that's when Satan obviously goes all mad with Simeon for doing that. Simeon had good intentions, but what he didn't know is the complexity of Satan's feelings, he underestimated his feelings and comprehension, Satan doesn't hate Lucifer, he hates himself because he doesn't know who he is, and the only one he can blame is Lucifer since he was the one that made him, he was born that way because of him.

I want to finish this post talking about a previous lesson, and that's lesson 11, when Satan and Lucifer were switched bodies. After that lesson, their relationship seems to have improved, and that's because Satan got the opportunity to live in Lucifer's body, giving him a better understanding of him, how he is, how it feels being Lucifer, and that solved one of his self-identity issues: He's not Lucifer.

I have a small shih tzu dog and wanted to ask what tears boys would do when introduced / puppy sitting? My puppy is very much my shadow so I think approval is a must have.

stayed a few good feet away from your puppy the first time he met them. artem is just a little unsure of how exactly to approach them. he nods when your dog makes eye contact with him, introducing himself rather formally, “hello. my name is artem wing, yn’s partner.”

you laugh, amused at how nervous he was. you place a comforting hand on his shoulder, “relax.” it takes a few minutes for him to be completely comfortable with your puppy. you leave the room to check on on the water you were boiling for tea to find him hesitantly petting your dog and muttering, “cute.”

he almost denies your request of watching your puppy while you ran some errands for a few hours, insisting that he be the one to do it for you and you stay with your pet. but artem knew that if he wanted to be in your life for as long as he could -- and he does -- he’d have to agree.

you come home to artem taking a nap on your couch, your puppy turned up beside him. you take a quick picture before waking him up, making it your phone’s wallpaper.

chances are he’s thinking that you still have the same pet from when you were kids -- just older, and bigger. so imagine his surprise when he walks into your apartment to find a complete different puppy. he blinks back at the puppy for a few seconds before crouching down to pet them, “hey, you. name’s luke.”

it honestly surprises you how quick your puppy warms up to luke, but then again his sunny disposition makes it easier for him to interact with others. “i see the two of you are already close...” you trail off, teasing him a little. he gently nudges your shoulder with his, “don’t worry, i still love you more.”

accepts your request that he puppysit in a heartbeat, knowing that spending time with your puppy meant getting their approval. he’s aware that it would mean a lot to you if the two of them got along.

honestly, just down to vibe with whatever your dog wanted to do for the day. if they wanted to go to the park and play fetch, luke’s already grabbing their leash. if they wanted to stay at home, he keeps ‘em close by while he worked on cases.

literally jumped when your puppy started barking at him the second he walked in your apartment. he’s nervous, would you break up with him if he and the dog didn’t get along? he starts getting a little nervous but swallows it down, leaning down to whisper, “hi, please be good to me. i wanna be with yn for a long time, okay?”

he and your puppy have something in common in that they both love following you around. you send the two of them away to the living room so they don’t interrupt you while you cook lunch. marius’ laughter fills your apartment, letting you know that they were getting along well so it sends a smile to your face.

when you ask him to puppysit, he buys every single kind of dog toy and treat known to mankind -- maybe even a couple of cute little outfits. he really became an instagram dog dad, sending you cute pictures of your puppy every hour with little update : “they miss you! but i miss you more;)”

you come home to marius running around your apartment with your dog running after him -- really just the weirdest, sweetest sight.

you bet that this overachieving dork does his research when you inform him that you’d be introducing him to your puppy. more than anyone, he understands the importance of animal companions and the roles that they play in our lives and happiness. so vyn over here really wants to make a good impression on you and your puppy.

really does everything by the book so while he was panicking slightly when your puppy was initially apprehensive, it’s no surprise that your puppy would eventually warm up to him. your puppy crawls over to his lap and it makes vyn smile, “i hope this means you approve of me, little one.”

when you ask him to watch your puppy for a few hours, guess what he does? that’s right, more research! vyn wants to surprise you so he ends up teaching your puppy a few tricks.

when you return to find your puppy doing a trick he’s never done before, vyn pulls you close to his side with a proud look on his face -- he really did it to approve that you could rely on him and this could be your little family.
