Paradox Live

I just happen to come across the news that Paradox Live will get an anime adaptation, and after reading the plot, I was interested! So far, I haven’t listened to any songs, except for one.

I figured that by listening to a song with all of them, I could get somewhat of an idea on who everyone is so far.

That being said, I like to look back on things, so I will list down characters who stood out to me visually and stood out to me after hearing their voices IN THIS ONE SONG!

Note: this can and will likely change

I have yet to know names of each characters individually, and have yet to memorize the groups, etc. This Journey might be a bit of a long one, but since I have free time for now. . .

I’m surprised to have seen so many people who enjoyed this anime express their opinions in an amiable way. In the end our love for Princess Tutu is all that matters! ´･ᴗ･`

During my first watch, I admit I was upset and confused. Duck (Princess Tutu) went through so much, and to see Mytho choose Rue as his beloved, I just saw it all as unfair. So all her bad deeds were brushed aside? Just because she was willing to give up her life, Mytho was now supposed to accept and love her? I would have liked to see this relationship between the two begin in a new way, and bloom into something healthier than what they had at the start, if this was what the chosen pair would be.

That aside! I came to realize that many romance / Shoujo anime’s have always rewarded heroines, with being with the one person they love, after going through so much…

And to see that NOT be done in this anime, was refreshing in a way. It further on shows a real depiction of life, and how sometimes we don’t get what we worked hard to obtain sometimes. Does that mean we can’t be happy? Of course not. Does that mean that Love is not enough? No! Life just works this way.

I might never be able to fully express my feelings towards an ending that is so sad and yet so beautiful. But one thing for sure, is that while I think they should have fixed a few things that needed some explaining, or further work…overall I am pleased.

Not all love stories have a happy ending.

Just like Love, who isn’t always reciprocated.

Anime Moments that I still think about. . .

♡+: Fruits Basket :+♡

♡+: The Story of the Foolish Traveler :+♡

I can’t do this story justice, so I recommend listening to the story in either Fruits Basket (2001) or (2019). It’s one of those stories that leaves you thinking, and leaves this sort of feeling in your heart. I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s definitely a short story that pulls the heart strings, and brings out a few tears.

“Your dreams became our dream! That’s what being a parent is! That’s what family is!”

One of the best father and daughter relationships I’ve seen ( from the anime’s that I have watched! ). I could go on about how much I love this man, and how he is as a father, but I’ll save that for another day.

✩⃛∗ Ushio cries in the arms of Tomoya ∗✩⃛

Guys…this scene is a masterpiece. Did you cry? Because I did. After Story just has so many moments that makes you get emotional, but I gotta admit, this one scene…HIT. I still get teary eyed till this day. The music, the scenery, everything was just done so right. Watching Clannad was and still is, one of the best choices I’ve made in my 22 years of life. Go and watch it! Please!

⃛∗ Leaving the bodies behind ⃛∗

This whole scene BROKE ME. Everything about this episode was so well done, that it HURT. The bodies of the fallen soldiers helping the ones who were yet alive…how even in death, they saved their comrades. And how painful it was to see, that those bodies will now never be properly mourned by their loved ones. Those who were left alive, not only had to continue on with that, but they also had to face the people once they returned, just-ugh! So much many feelings going back and forth! This scene was and is by far one of the most impactful moments for me in AOT.

⃛∗ Suwa’s words to Kakeru ⃛∗

Suwa’s character is just so refreshing to me. While he and Kakeru were “rivals” for Naho’s love, he never once treated Kakeru in a bad way. He genuinely worried for him, and he genuinely enjoyed their time together. The way he approached Kakeru about his thoughts on dying, was just so well done. He comforted him with not only words, but he hugged him too. He even cried for him! My heart (*꒦ິ⌓꒦ີ)

✩⃛∗· America and Davie ·∗✩⃛

Due to Hetalia being a more comedy oriented anime, whenever there is a “serious” episode, they tend to leave a mark. If you’re a Hetalia fan, or a Hetalia enjoyer, you know or might know, what episodes I’m talking about! While watching America’s closet cleaning episodes, did bring some tears, the Davie episode hit. Hard.

To see little America experience life,still learning who and what he is, and how different his life is and will be, it’s just one of those moments where you’re hit with the fact that hey! They’re countries personified! They experience life way more differently than a normal human being! And this episode was one that reminded you that with a punch to the gut.

Licht is so beautiful! 😭 I love him so much!

Manga I wish to see on TV . . .

Kitchen Princess

This manga was all I could think about back in middle school, after I first read it. The story, the characters, everything is perfection. I laughed, I cried, and I even felt angry at some parts. I also got very. . . VERY HUNGRY!!!

For the longest time, and even now, I have wished to see this story be animated and watched by many.

But I also fear that the story will be like many Shoujo anime’s that only get their first season, and poof into thin air. Which honestly, what is up with that?? Yona of Dawn Season 2 where??? Ouran Highschool Host Club Season 2 WHERE???

Dawn of the Arcana

Am I the only one who after reading this, couldn’t stop thinking of Nakaba ( protagonist ) when I saw Yona, Chise, and Shirayuki? I know the characters vary in personality and in growth, but I can’t stop thinking of Nakaba when I watched other red haired heroines. Is it only because of the red hair, I wonder…?

Anyways! I know that if this manga was ever given an anime adaptation, they MUST make the eyes BEAUTIFUL. Gojo beautiful maybe?

Kiss of the Rose Princess

Honestly, I vaguely remember what happens, but I do know I enjoyed it soooo much! Is that weird? I’ll probably re read it, when I get some free time. The art style is so cute! I would love to see this animated! (༎ຶ⌑༎ຶ)
