ESCAPE Part 6 - static au TW: staring, i believe

Mark has made his way out through the window. Blood was splattered across his room. Sarah didn't make it in time.

He ran and ran and ran , through the town and back.

Everything seemed fine until he saw her. The body of his deceased friend. The corpse of someone he cared about. He looked at it from afar. He stared at it. He contemplated.

Who did this to you?

Who did this to you, my sweet friend?

He felt devastated. But not in a grieving way. In an angry way. Someone took her from him. Someone, something. Mark couldn't take this.

He stared at Cesar from afar. But something was off. Cesar was still breathing. Mark came closer to it, lifting Cesar to his arms, hugging him. He wasn't gonna die. Cesar was fate-sealed to be infected and suffer everything.

Mark hugged Cesar tightly, seemingly crying. But was he? Was he crying? He didn't know. Someone who he cared about, even if unable to do so after being ill, was dead. Worse, infected. Mark decided to drag Cesar off with him till Mark was the one collapsing.

I'm sorry, Cesar.

how static au came to be

Originally it was a roleplay, then it stopped and I decided to take the rp and make in into my au. Fact is, I was with a friend on vc, listening to puppet combo soundtracks, not fully sober , and streaming it. I randomly made the story, designs were going through LOTTA change and so did the script. hell of a thing.

I think it would be funny if Jonah does end up getting killed (if that’s possible) but right before he fully dies his humanity comes back😍

Adam's worry went towards frustration and fear , just like Cesar . He was bothered at the fact of searching Jonah in the same way someone would have to look for their little sibling because the latter chose to randomly hide .

He didn't think Jonah became what they are now .

Dose static au have any meaning behind its name?

First it was a nameless roleplay between a mix of characters and chaos , then , once I started working more on it , I decided to work on the symptoms . It's a quite old name but I liked the sound of it !

Originally , a victim would've started hearing static in their ears + the stationary state that a victim can go through , in this case , Mark .

So Mark was the lead of the name of static au . An alternative name I could give it is staticdela or goredela, hence the topics .

I wasn't that sober while making this au if I'm honest

I want to comfort/hug Mark so badly (i am full aware it would not end well lol)- you are destroying me with his suffering (/pos)

Mark WAS huggable before stage 3 , simply very infective ! he had to be isolated , that's why he's so pissy in stage 3 aswell .
