took a break from modeling characters to return to my specialty- background and environment renders! Here is a scene of the bar in which the main character works in “Merfolk Mating Rituals are Confusing”. Production is still underway- only have 1 more character to finish and 3 more locations before chapter 1 is ready to render :) if you haven't yet go read this story by @zippers-flowers-and-wine

been working on different render capabilities on my pc- testing out how long animation will take tonight but here’s a preview!

I think I got the best of both now :) deep colors and doesn't look too 3D to be a comic style

ARRRGGG, it’s so hard to choose a render style- 1 looks more flat which I like, but 2 and 3 are more the style I’m used to. HELP ME PICK!

ok, so this 3 second vid only took….. THIRTY ONE HOURS AND TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES to render….yeah, I wont be doing animations till I upgrade my hardware. except maybe a few short ones, as a treat.
