Unfortunately, my father, who was the breadwinner, was killed, forcing us to stay in the camps in Rafah. Late last month, my mother died due to an airstrike that shattered all the windows of the house they were in when Israel attacked Deir Al-Balaah. With no one left to support me, I stayed with a friend who came to my rescue when I had lost all hope.

I am now planning to evacuate Gaza and travel to Egypt, where some of my relatives managed to escape. However, my friend, who took me in, also lost their job, and it has become increasingly difficult for them to support me, especially as I live with a disability and manage type 2 diabetes. My condition requires medication, including insulin, which has become nearly impossible to afford given the ongoing crisis. I don’t have any source of income and have been left with no choice but to seek help from well-wishers.

If you can spare even the smallest amount to help me cover the cost of evacuating Gaza and accessing the essential care I need, it would mean the world to me.
