Wow your animations are amazing! I just started getting into pixel art and was wondering what program do you use and what resolution do you use for your more detailed stuff?

My main program is Aesprite! I've been using it for 5~ years now, though before that, I started with Piskelapp which is a good free starting point to see if you really want to dive deep into pixel art.

For resolutions, it's really hard to say, I don't really have an exact resolution I stick to... Usually it's something that can be upscaled to 1080p if needed; so 192x180px or 384x216 px!

Your artwork is beautiful, I wanted to ask your visual inspirations. I see some Pokemon in there but it might be my bias.

Pokémon is definitely one of my original inspirations, especially the fifth gen and the Location Previews from HGSS.

Aside from Pokemon, the Touhou fighting games are really what got me into doing pixel-art, especially Hisoutensoku and Scarlet Weather Rhapsody.

Other than that I really admire artists who do a lot with color and shading, especially those who use colors in interesting ways, Miwashiba and Rei_17 come to mind here (though I have to say I don't support any of the thing(s) that they have done or said.)
