I love Willow's character development. She tries so hard to keep it together, because she's gained the reputation as the strong one of the group after all her training and support from her friends from her in the previous seasons. But the more she bottles up her emotions, the more she loses control of her powers and starts to doubt herself. Only by admitting her fears of her and letting her emotions out of her, does she regain control, and is able to pull through, and be a strong member of the team again.
I love the lesson this teaches, it's okay not to be strong all the time, it's okay to let people know if it's too much, and it's okay to show your emotions. There will always be someone to give you the support you need.
You thought it was Dio but was me, Luffy!
IS THIS A JOJO REFERENCE?!
Remember when I said in a post that when Flapjack sacrificed himself by fusing with Hunter to save them is similar to the moment when Pochita sacrificed himself by fusing with Denji to save him?
It turned out to be true and now Hunter has the teleportation powers that Flapjack had in the same way that Denji inherited Pochita's chainsaw demon powers.
Now that I think about it, Hunter and Denji are similars because they have a smug and rude face but that's just a facade to hide how lonely and traumatized they are and suffered terrible abuse by people they loved (Belos and Makima) and wanted to please because they felt indebted to them for giving them love and a better life only for said people to reveal that they never cared about Denji and Hunter as people but are with them because they remind them of someone they really love and/or idealize (Caleb and chainsaw demon).
And even Kikimora also falls into this category because she, like Boscha, seeks power and tramples on others because she is terrified of being vulnerable and that others will trample on her because she has always been trampled on by others and now she wants to be the one who tramples everyone. Being vulnerable comes with risks of people hurting you, and Kikimora doesn't want to take that risk.
After Thanks to Them and its whole theme of Death and Wanderers, I like how For the Future has this consistent theme of Vulnerability, Adolescence, the role of Adults, and Failure.
Like, there’s the obvious storylines with Willow and Luz, who refuse to show vulnerability and don’t forgive themselves over failure and weakness, don’t want to accept love out of shame. There’s the resolution of people accepting others into their life, admitting they need help, instead of maintaining this isolating sense of being a powerful individual.
Boscha? She’s deadly terrified of being vulnerable and couldn’t protect Cat and Amelia, and that’s something Kikimora can latch onto, like smelling blood in the water. She tells Boscha she can’t show weakness around her fellow students and must be an iron-fisted dictator to compensate, while also acting as the toxic adult that Boscha craves guidance from.
The Collector? Perhaps our most vulnerable antagonist of all, sure he has the most godlike power, but the episode repeatedly emphasizes that he’s still a kid. A scared, lonely kid who doesn’t want to be left by himself and even meekly asks for the companionship of a plush to protect him. A kid VERY vulnerable and open to the threat of Belos, who creeps into his bedroom when he’s asleep, and then manipulates the child as a puppet. He’s been failed by the adult Collectors in his life, who slaughtered potential Titan friends, as well as by King’s dad, who imprisoned him.
Even Belos himself counts; This is easily the most vulnerable we’ve ever seen Belos, his lowest point. Sure he was but a mere drop between Seasons 2 and 3, but here we really get to see just how much this dude is suffering, how much his body is falling apart. Turns out he CAN’T fully recover like we’d feared, his limbs are trailing behind Philip, eventually tearing off.

Something that I would like to see in One Piece is that if Sabo manages to awaken his fruit he can use blue fire because it would be the perfect way to honor Ace by reaching new heights with his fruit. The blue fire is the product of complete combustion which could represent Sabo's perfected mastery with his powers, blue fire is much hotter than normal fire which would make Sabo more powerful plus the only users of blue fire are almost always villains or antagonists and it would be quite refreshing to see a protagonist or a good character using blue fire and Sabo deserves it.
