Al Capone and his gang exercised their unalienable rights to own property and bear arms against a tyrannical governent.
A federal income tax as well as a new Felony know as tax evasion were created to penalize law abiding citizens as well as some Gang bangers.
The government caused Al Capones death due to negligence in the prison he was held, a crime that is still a feature of the penal system to this day,
But before his death Al Capone did something that the crooked politicians would have taken decades to get done.
