My yapping about my OLNF OC! Ꮺ

haha, this is my first time posting my sketch, it’s a little awkward but I think I’m making progress on it.

sooo... *drumroll*

there he is! my dear Ray-Ray, or Mr. Ray Golden!

he is a child who simply cannot stand still. everything around him is ablaze with activity, either because he is running here and there, or because he is again curious to do something.

Ray will have fun exploring the entire Golden Grove forest, and the city itself! he has a lot of acquaintances, but not as personal as Qiu has. basically he is known because of all sorts of cases. and actually, these cases are quite... traumatic for him. but he won’t allow others to get even a scratch!

If you are with Ray-Ray, then I am afraid that things will not happen without some adventures. he will take you on certainly interesting, but slightly troublesome adventures! he will pull anyone out of boredom and apathy. but therefore, he simply needs someone who will moderate his heroic ardor.

but don't worry! even though the adventures may be a little dangerous for kids, he will definitely take care of you the best he can. even if he may seem untrustworthy or silly, it's not true. just trust him and your time with him will be (mostly) positively unforgettable!

— At this age both Tamarack and Autumn are stable and pretty happy with themselves, so...

— Speaking of Qiu, they took it well. It didn’t make much difference to them that you wouldn’t only be in a relationship with them. For Autumn, the main thing was you. Their eyes always look only at you, and this is unchangeable. Even if they continue to be popular, they always find time for you. You are their trully favorite neighbour now, after all.

— Speaking of Tamarack, she was a little worried. Don't think of her bad, she was incredibly happy and excited about her relationship with you! But because of Qiu, she felt a little insecure. Of course, over time she will understand that despite them, you still give her so much love that she has enough of it for days to come. — Finally it's the perfect combination of calm yet direct Tamarack and chaotic and slightly cunning Qiu and you. You are their golden mean.

— If you decide to spend time with both Qiu and Tamarack (which must happen really often), It's going to be... a little chaotic.

— In most cases, you have some kind of mini overnight stay, or a trip to the forest for a couple of days in tents, or many other ideas!

— But of course, if you want to have a quiet time, they are totally fine with watching a movie with you, having a tea party, or whatever you or they would like! They care a lot about you and each other in general anyway. The shared together time will always be memorable for you all.

— Speaking of them separately, Qiu would constantly take you with them somewhere, be it a hike to the Golden Grove Park, go somewhere in the forest or stargazing. Sometimes they even allowed themselves to treat you to Diner. I guess Autumn will get a little irritated if someone is trying to interfere their quality time with you, like who they think they are to interrupt?

— They also love to doodle you in their notebook and take some notes about you to this day. If they feel bad and you are not around, they always look at them, as some kind of therapy, and it's actually gets better. Will definitely be blushing if you find out about this.

— I guess if you want to braid their hair, Qiu will most likely allow it! And you will be the only one to whom he let to do this. Btw, you can also try to invite them to dance, they'll be ecstatic about it.

— Tamarack is quite shy to the point of inability to express affection first, but don't think less of her! She always stands up for you and always goes with you when she has time, like you know, practically everywhere. She also always takes food and sometimes a first aid kit with her. Tamarack doesn't want you to feel bad in any way, and Qiu do too. Sometimes she has enough food even to have a picnic!

— I think Tamarack would be fond of herbariums! This is part of the forest at her house, isn’t it wonderful? She gives almost all the beautiful ones to you, and if you accept them, then she walks all day happy.

— At the end of the day, Tamarack and Qiu are so in love with you that they cherish every moment you are with them. And they definitely let you know about this in any way they can!

step 1. enjoy!

— Qiu was used to people liking him. It's just how it is - he had never really questioned it. Usually all people around him want to become his friends. who wouldn't want to hang out with Qiu Lin? That's right, no one!

— You made him feel a bit more interested in you than in anybody else, so he expected this feeling to be mutual. But you were different, so different that it was able to frustrate Qiu by you being not so interested in him, and imagine his surprise when you expressed even more disinterest in his company after meeting Baxter. it made him think about this.

— At first he was thinking it was temporary due to Baxter being a new acquaintance, then thought you were really just busy to hang out with him. When this continued further, Qiu began to not quite understand.

— He didn't even know why he was so fixated on this, but everytime he saw you forgetting about him when Baxter is around, he bites his inner cheek and looks kind of hurt at you for a couple of seconds. or when you constantly walk with Baxter, seeming to look at him with heart-shaped eyes, Qiu only sighs sadly and frowns, even if recovers quickly. Qiu does not really tolerate this feeling in his chest, which makes him seem to shrink inside that his stomach aches.

— He didn't understand where this feeling came from, and he might even talk to his parents about it. Qiu basically experienced this for the first time, and only with you.

— He won't interfere you much though, he still cares enough about you two, so if you enjoy each other's company then be it! But, nevertheless, from time to time he will offer other options for spending time together, those that include Qiu himself. You refuse? Oh, then he'll be kinda sulky. Qiu wants your attention too.

— He can't help but wonder, why did you like Baxter so much? Was it about his looks? Or the fact that he is rich? Qiu can't boast of the latter, but he thinks he looks good too. Or do you like his mystery behaviour? Oh come on, Qiu can be mysterious even better! Just prefer Qiu's company over Baxter, and he'll be the most mysterious person in the history.

— He will try to get your attention in different ways. He will be the very first in the bike races, he will be the best in your favorite subject, he will be just the coolest kid out here, believe me! And Qiu is so unlikely to give up. Maybe he'll learn a few tricks on his bike or how to jump off his "hideout" even more epically.

— He will also try to talk to you on the advice of his parents. Qiu would be worried, not knowing how you would take it and how to tell you properly. He even prepared the speech in his notepad in advance. After all of this, you will solve this misunderstanding, right?

Sick rainy morning.

Tamarack × gn! Reader sketch.

it was heavily raining outside, raindrops falling on windows of the room where you are make a dull sound. yesterday was exactly the same stormy day, and you had the misfortune of getting caught in the rain and soaking wet, so this way you got ill.

you were trying to fall sleep, the TV was quietly making some noise in the background while you were lying on the couch. your tired eyes were looking somewhere at the ceiling.

you think that this morning wasn't quite pleasant for you.

already half asleep, you heard a knock on the door. you were groggy, and someone is distracting you from sleeping... expecting that it was most likely your mother, you waited for a couple more minutes.

the rhythmic knock on the door is repeated one more time, and now you have a feeling that you need to get up and open the door. instead of finding your mom on the porch of the house, you see your friendly neighbour shooting a shy wave at you. Tamarack was holding a plastic bag in her hand, and with the other hand adjusting an unruly strand of her pretty hair.

you froze, looking at her in pure shock. you don't know why, but you didn't expect at all that Tama would want to visit you.

Tammy sighed quietly, smiling kindly. "hey." she's now talking in a more gentle tone as she notice your messy appearance. "I heard you were sick, so I thought I'd pop by and get you some stuff to help." She paused for a few seconds, looking away awkwardly. "...if you don't mind me, of course."

you exhaled, smiling weakly. you still felt sick from the weakness that seemed to have consumed your entire body but Tamarack presence definitely made it easier. Tamarack made your life much easier overall. how could you mind her? "It's okay, I'm happy to see you here. come on in." your voice was a little hoarse so you had to cough a little. this, surprisingly, caused a quiet, melodious laugh from Tammy while she was walking in. this giggle of hers made you blush slightly, while panicking a little. "why laughing?" you asked her, feeling slightly confused. "um, sorry, it's nothing, just..." she already take off her top layer of clothing, now slightly nervously fidgeting with the hem of her sweater. "nice to see you so homey for the first time in a long while. i think you look really nice." now you were both chuckling. now you were united but the same, soothing feeling. the feeling of peace between you and her.

now it seems like this rainy sick morning could still be fixed.

— I am sure that Tamarack would accept you for who you are without any labels. You are you, and the choice of who you are is yours alone. Not anyone else's.

— if someone misgenders you, despite all her slight self-doubt, she will stand up for you and will constantly correct this person about their rude mistakes. Even if you tell her to stop! She cannot allow someone so close to her to feel uncomfortable.

— She will always address you correctly. Like really always! As I said earlier - she doesn't want you to be uncomfortable! Especially with all the problems you have to deal with right now.

— But sometimes it’s still difficult for her to understand you. Tamarack doesn't feel about her body the same way you do about your body. This may make it hard for her to know what to do when you're experiencing gender dysphoria. But she really tries to do something.

— The best help when there are no words is to simply be there for person, and Tamarack follows this principle with you. When you feel especially bad, and she is around you at this moment she will most likely just hug you and tell you "Everything is okay. There is nothing wrong with you, no matter how you think..."

— If you are not a fan of physical contact, she will respect this and will not hug in this option. Then she will just sit or stand next to you. Actually, Tamma will do everything she can without hurting your personal boundaries.

— She will also often compliment you basically on everything! If you wear a new accessory, she will say that that's the best accessory she has ever seen, or if you feel less or more insecure today, she will directly say that you look especially handsome. Tamarack just loves to compliment you! And she simply will not give a single reason for you to doubt yourself.

— if someone says something bad about you, she will immediately “take a defensive position” and stand by you. She wonders if these people even taught the thing called manners?

— Tamarack is your close friend, and she literally goes everywhere with you when she can! So you don't have to deal with this kind of things alone and she immediately gets into helping, even if you may instinctively push her away. However she will understand this and will still be here for you.

— All in all, she will always support you and will not let others offend you! And if anyone dares, they will face the pure wrath of Ms. Tamarack.
