Bro I wanted to eat enough because I sported alot but since im rlly inactive and lazy I will just r3str!ct again because I feel so fat and unhealthy
My rules:
Try to eat as little as possible and stay hydrated at all times, preferally up 1000.
Never not go out because of food.
Enjoy my teen years.
Do ab workouts everyday unless i rlly cant
Make sure that if i eat i eat something nutricious with volume to keep me full.
And since I can't weigh myself, I can just make photo's of every week.
Also if I wanna binge, ill just try sleep or smth
And also sleep like 8 hours daily.
That's pretty much it!!
