Shadow work! When something in someone thoroughly pisses you off it's because it reminds you of the part of yourself that you don't acknowledge. The part of you you fucking hate as much as you hate that person. Find it, claim it, wash away the hate of it. You don't have to like that part of you, but you need to know and accept that it is there. You'll be better at knowing how you'll react to things at least. And you can't grow as a person if you don't know your shortcomings.
