Half-Demon! Tanjiro AU Masterpost

(This has been my comfort AU for a while)

I personally love the idea of Tanjiro having some properties of a demon, but he can still keep his humanity. So here are some details about the AU! (Keep in mind that I haven’t finished the manga)

In this AU, Tanjiro couldn’t fully cure his demon side even after defeating Muzan, but he was able to regain his humanity. His body changed quite a bit and some of the changes are:

He doesn’t need to eat people and he could use his blood to make other demons regain their humanity.

He can bring back dead demons by rebuilding them using their Blood Demon Art remnants

He can also turn people (both dead and alive) into half demons

However, he cannot bring back a human if their head was destroyed

And he can’t bring back demons that don’t have a Blood Demon Art

He can control water to fight off hostile demons and to defend himself. Tanjiro can also use it to heal people.

When he’s pissed, Tanjiro can turn water into fire and use it as a heatwave (he’s only done this once though)

Tanjiro grew quite a bit. Now he’s 6 feet and 4 inches tall

When he is ready for battle, his fangs and claws come out and his eyes become those of a demon.

When he isn’t fighting, he just looks like a normal human with tiny micro fangs.

When it comes to sunlight, he can go out in the daytime, but his skin is extremely sensitive. He can’t stay out for too long, otherwise he gets an extreme sunburn.

After every battle, he needs to regain his strength by sleeping.

Tanjiro can also purr! He usually does it when he’s happy, sick, or injured.

He will occasionally hold someone who is sick or injured close and purr so that they can heal faster

The power of the blood demon art gets halved when they become half demons. This has angered quite a few demons when Tanjiro tried to convert them

Tanjiro still prefers to use his sword in battle. He only uses his fangs and claws if he has to.

He’s quite cuddly and his bigger stature makes him a giant teddy bear

Demons can communicate using a language of growls (it’s really cute!) and now Tanjiro can do that too

They can also communicate telepathically with Tanjiro like Muzan was able to do

When demons suffer from panic attacks or get too flustered, they lose control of their voice and they start growling, roaring and crying

Half demons also have human disguises, so they can walk through villages with no suspicions

He is the new Demon King! It take him a minute to get the hang of it, but he figures it out!

Tanjiro also is incredibly proud of the demons who’ve made progress

Everything here applies to Nezuko too, except the height change, water powers, ability to bring back demons, and the role as Demon King

In this AU, Tanjiro and Zenitsu are dating while Inosuke and Nezuko are just vibing and doing their own thing.

Ghosts of the past

( A Shiver x Frye Comfort Vore Fic)

(This is based off of an idea where Deep Cut’s pirate job might have gotten them into some trouble in the past)

Warning: angst, implied violence, swearing and soft vore

“Status check on prisoner 1879.” She could hear the bellowing voice slicing through the darkness in her mind. “Status: aggressive behavior.. Prepared for deconstruction of hardware and isolation.”

Shiver slowly opened her eyes only to meet blazing white overhead lights speeding past her. She could barely feel her limbs due to how tight the restraints were on the cold, metal table where she was laying. She could barely make out the two large slug soldiers who were pushing her along the eerie hallway.

“Are you fucking kidding me?!” One of the soldiers growled. “Right when the Squidbeak Splatoon finally found us, little miss rebel over here managed to break free of her cell!” The other soldier shook his head. “Just give her some time in the isolation chamber, then maybe she’ll think twice before getting restless.” As soon as he said this, the soldier bent down to face the petrified octoling.

He was wearing a gray and muck green gas mask which concealed most of his features. “Who knows if that’ll work! We’ve done this Fifteen times before!” The other soldier yelled. He was wearing a red gas mask, contrasting his partner’s. “Well, look who’s awake?” The gray soldier snarled. “Thought you could get away from us again, didn’t ya?”

Before Shiver could mutter a word, the two soldiers stopped the table in front of a rusty, steel door. “You should know by now how we punish thieves, but for some reason we can’t make it sink into your thick head!” The red soldier growled. The gray soldier opened the metal to the isolation chamber.

“No..please.” Shiver whimpered. “Quiet!” The red soldier shouted. The two soldiers hastily untied the restraints holding the octoling in place. Their large arms squeezed hers as they picked her off the table and threw her into the cold metal room.

A gasp escaped from her as she hit the flat, concrete floor. Hot tears began to swell in her eyes. Shiver turned to see the soldiers standing in the doorway. The gray soldier had his large claw on the door and was about to slam it shut before his partner stopped him. “Hang on a sec. We need to make sure that she never forgets what happens when you cross us.”

He then proceeded to make his way over to her. The soldier strength and size were able to overcome Shiver’s weak struggles. The red soldier lifted his enormous claw and…

Shiver lunged out of her bed, screaming and crying. “Get away! Get away from me!” The octoling started scratching at an invisible enemy, the one who haunted her nightmare. Her eyes were held tightly closed in fear and panic.

“Shiver!” A worried voice echoed through her mind. One that was familiar. “Shiver!” Finally, the octoling was able to break out of her trance. She turned frantically, heart throbbing and still filled with fear. “Shiver?” The voice came again, but softer.

The octoling turned to her left to see Frye, her inkling girlfriend, gripping onto her arm. A face of pure terror looked back at her. Shiver lowered her arm’s safely onto the soft bed. “I’m sorry.” Shiver whispered, still full of fear.

Fete’s face softened. “It was the land slugs again, wasn’t it?” Shiver nodded, unable to prevent the flow of hot tears. Have been through this a few times before, Frye wrapped her arms around her girlfriend. The octoling then proceeded to sob uncontrollably into the inkling’s shoulder.

“It’s going to be okay, Shiver. Just breathe. I’m right here.” Shiver weakly lifted her head up from Frye’s shoulder. “Please don’t tell anyone about this.” She whimpered. “Don’t worry I won’t tell anybody.” Frye gently lifted the octoling’s tentacle from her scarred eye. Then the inkling softly kissed the scar.

Shiver couldn’t help, but smile at her lover’s caring gesture. “Thank you. I don’t know why that nightmare keeps coming back.” Frye sat back down in front of the octoling. “Well it’s hard to forget something like that. No matter how hard you try.”

Shiver nodded, took one of the small blankets on the bed, and wrapped herself in it. Frye leaned forward and lightly patted the octoling’s head. “Do you want some tum cuddles to help you get back to sleep?” Shiver turned to look at her girlfriend. “Yeah.” She whispered.

Frye lightly smiled at her before turning into her squid form. “I hope this helps.” She said. Shiver picked up her girlfriend and gently kissed her. “It will.” With the upmost care, Shiver eased Frye into her maw and began to swallow.

Shiver’s throat gently pulled the inkling down deeper and deeper into her body. The dark blue walls provided warmth and security. However, Frye could hear the octoling’s inner workings and she could tell that Shiver still hasn’t fully recovered from the shock.

It only took a few moments before Frye settled into her girlfriend’s belly. Once there, she began to gently message the plush, blue walls around her in an attempt to comfort Shiver. After a few seconds this seemed to work. The octoling’s heart began to slow and became more steady.

“Do you feel better?” Frye’s muffled voice asked. “Yeah.” Shiver replied. Having a full stomach always managed to calm her down after those dreadful nightmares. She able to enjoy Frye’s company and take solace knowing that she’s always there for her.

Shiver curled up on the bed and gently rested her hands against slightly enlarged tummy. Then, she wrapped the blanket around both of them. “Hey, Frye.” The octoling whispered. “Yeah?” The inkling replied. “Thank you for trying to help me.” Shiver smiled to herself. “Don’t worry about it, it’s the least I could do.”
