Kay, so like, it's not that I forgot about that OTP challege I was doing... I just didn't feel like doing it. I mean, the drawing part is fun, but the inking was just... nope. So here's some sketches for days 7 & 8 (holiday and animals). Of course I'm gonna do halloween because cosplay, man. Nerr would just dress up like a normal witch (she probably bought that costume from Walmarth), but Gunther's a bit more... imaginative. He probably gets bits and pieces from random costumes he's had over the years and throws it all together and presto- insta-fab. "Lol, what the fuck are you supposed to be; some kind of magical girl?" "Psh, bitch plz- Sailor Moon's got nuthin' on me. That's Prince(ss) Ninja-Marth to you." As for animals, what do you think I am, a furry? I drew them as bugs because there are teal dragonflies and purple beetles, and as pretty as they are, they scare the shit out of me.

Every news channel is saying "evacuate, evacuate"- evacuate HOW and to WHERE? Telling people to leave state is fine and dandy when they have the funds and resources to pack up their important belongings, hop in their car and wait out a storm with relatives or in a hotel. I don't have any of those things. I barely scrape by hand to mouth. I'm terrified my car won't get me to the grocery store. I have no out of state relatives. I can't put my cats in a shelter- they're ferals, and I couldn't afford it even if they weren't. If evacuating is so important, the state should be rounding up people and taking them somewhere safe, not ordering them to do something they don't have the resources to do. You think I wouldn't get the hell out of dodge if it was just me? Leave your kids behind- your life is more important. If preparing can save people's lives, stop jackasses from price gouging people so they can make a buck in the face of disaster. Charging $60, $100 for WATER?! What is this, Burning Man? You're sending me mixed messages, people!
