Alto mare Latias Hey, i'm not dead, not yet ! I'm starting this piece after the work of Mitsuhiro Arita, the card was only realeased in Japan and was from the half deck theater Vs 11, it represent The latias in the fifth movie and the town Alto Mare, it seem that with latios from the same half deck they are the only 3rd generation Pokémon to have been realeased in the Wizards Block.

Seriously she's badass , i think i like her because she's not one of thoses females character who cry every time something happen and don't do anything when they are in danger , basically she's with the vilain group but she does know love and convictions , when nagato died she don't ask naruto his help like a useless character ( sorry.... i had to make this one xD) but she affront obito herserlf ( and died .... yes ) but honestly i think that she is the only one to destroy him like that alone ( tell me if i'm wrong ) I know i didn't made her wings but firstly it's fucking hard and long to do and secondly i prefer her like that so fuxk i'm done with this !
