April Kunoichi Rant

I’ve seen people complain how April became a kunoichi so fast; I was one as well. But, I just watched City at War(the episode where she becomes a kunoichi), and I missed a detail the first few times I watched it.

Around the very beginning, April is reminiscing about how much she has grown since the first season, and is very happy that she is a kunoichi. Then, Raph mentions that April needs more training to be a full kunoichi; she is only in the beginner levels.

This makes sense.

In the first season, the turtles are considered ninjas but still had a lot to learn. That wouldn’t be different for April.

Konan Like A Baws

Konan like a baws

Seriously she's badass , i think i like her because she's not one of thoses females character who cry every time something happen and don't do anything when they are in danger , basically she's with the vilain group but she does know love and convictions , when nagato died she don't ask naruto his help like a useless character ( sorry.... i had to make this one xD) but she affront obito herserlf ( and died .... yes ) but honestly i think that she is the only one to destroy him like that alone ( tell me if i'm wrong ) I know i didn't made her wings but firstly it's fucking hard and long to do and secondly i prefer her like that so fuxk i'm done with this !

"We will be going home soon, won't we?..We will.."

"We Will Be Going Home Soon, Won't We?..We Will.."

She asked herself the question over and over again, answering it herself too in hopes to remain strong. And her listeners, the nature around, maintained a sympathetic silence.

The sun was now setting. Golden streaks amidst the vast expanse of fiery red and orange. Sunsets were always like this, fiery and elusive in these foreign lands, roads far away from her home. Kaliyah's slender fingers traced the edges of a leaf in her hands as she gazed out at the view. High on a cliff which put them out of the view of any potential enemies. This was peaceful and beautiful. But it wasn't home. Their home was waiting far away from there. She sighed and let her gaze drop to the dry grass ground beneath her, sighing as to clear her plagued mind. Home was far away.

She turned around, ready to go to back to the camp her team and she had set, only to find her sensei watching her from the shade of the tall trees. The mission was tough and opportunities were hitting them straight in the face but they were simply not ready with their strategies. Time was of essence and finishing this was going to be difficult.

____

Finally did something of my girl Kaliyah aside from sketches! I'm beyond happy with how this came out. I always love drawing sunsets.

And I tried some new things with this so I'm beyond happy with the results. Wrote this little something to go along with it 😌

"What happens after we die?"

The question made the silver beast stirr from his half-sleep, his large emerald eyes opening to stare at the back of his master. She sat closer to the edge of the great mountain cliff, a giant towering over all others. The sun was still high in the heavens and the wind was ever present, eternal on the mountain peaks. Leaves rustled in it, brushing against each other and creating a symphony of nature along with the little songbirds who sat scattered across the treetops. Waves crashed against the nearby shore below, the sight going on for miles and miles with nothing but vastness of blue. Specs of white dotted the sky, fluffy and shifting with the currents of wind.

"What brings this question forth all of a sudden?" Ginjiro asked in turn, silence following his question for a moment before pushing his head and body forward in the slightest, dragging across the lush grass until his head sat beside her. Kaliyah sat quiet, watching the sea move, waves lapping at the shore. Her lips moved into a thin line, her throat bobbed up and down as she swallowed. Ginjiro's eye went over her features, and she seemed to shrink under his gaze. Her eyes were glossy and watery all of a sudden but her expression remained cold and unmoving.

"I don't know.. it just appeared in my mind. Along with that "prophecy" of the Old Nan." she finally answered, her voice as stable as it could be although it wouldn't take Ginjiro a moment longer to understand that this was bothering her for a long time, much longer than what she was letting on now. Deep within his chest he could feel the phantom sting of pain, anxiety in gut and lungs that she was feeling.

"Prophecy?" He opted to ask; he didn't remember her mentioning any prophecies of her.

" I never mentioned it to you.. She said... 'Water will destroy you' " said Kaliyah after a long moment of silence. Her eyes still remained on the far horizon, knowing if she even dared to look at Ginjiro that the feeling in her chest would seize her whole.

"I know I shouldn't believe in it, Old Nan gave many so-called prophecies and none of them ever came true but this… this one is harder not to believe." She continued, chest heaving in silent and forceful breaths. Lifting her head up she hoped for the fresh air to soothe her nerves.

Ginjiro retorted to look forward towards the sea too, removing the tension of his gaze.

"You were always an amazing swimmer, you're like a fish, I'm not sure how that prophecy would ever apply to you" said the beast calmly, his great and slim whiskers moving as he spoke, flowing. She has always seemed to love the water, to swim and dive and retreat many shells and pretty rocks. His hiding cave was filled with them, all of various sizes and colors. At his words Kaliyah shook her head, shamefully.

"And all I can think of is how many times the water almost took me; and I may be a good swimmer but unlike fish I can not breathe under water. The waves are always too strong, the currents too quick and the many times they almost took me for themselves I…" she trailed off. More and more of her fears started to surface.

The beast beside her opened its mouth to speak, only to be cut short by the girl again- "It's not death itself that frightens me."

That went back to her question, he noted.

"I am not scared of the pain either, the pain is the least of my worries, Ginjiro. What scares me is what comes after that. Is it darkness that awaits me? An eternal hell of raging oceans that keep drowning me? Which I can't escape from. Will I ever see the ones I love again? Or will I just... disappear?" It was getting harder to breathe, yet she forced herself not to shed any tears. Her chest began to quickly rise and fall with labored breaths, her hands tightening their hold around her legs, knuckles turning white and trembling. The view of the sea was no longer clear but blurry instead, dancing with her unshed tears that kept building up.

"You… are too good to keep suffering in death, my little one." Ginjiro said reluctantly, for even he wouldn't be able to answer such questions, nothing was certain about that inevitable fate.

"I hear many talk about the Pure Lands. And there, there is no suffering, no raging fires or oceans and certainly no darkness." He kept going only to see Kaliyah crumble furthermore. The sight immediately silenced him, more concern sprouting within him; he had never before seen her like this. Not even when she came desperate for his aid.

Big tears ran down her cheeks as she finally succumbed to the feelings that were eating her inside out like a beast. Her legs went to tuck themselves beneath her as she bent forward until her forehead touched the ground, her hands covering her face as she wept. Blades of grass poked at her neck and arms. Ginjiro was swift to lift himself from the ground, pained expression painting his draconic features. He grumbled quietly as he came to lay his large body between her and the sea. Casting a large shadow to befall on the girl. His wing came to come over her, in the form of a hug; shielding her away from the offending sights and the stares of trees, birds and the sun. All fell quiet suddenly, only the whistling of wind remained.

"Shhh now.. shhh.. don't you cry." Ginjiro was at a loss for words once again. And it was believed he was wise, he knew the answer to many questions and riddles but not to this. This was way out of his reach, and it pained him further that he couldn't bring any comfort to the one that grew so close to him.

" I- I don't want to forget anyone after death! I want to see everyone, I want to reunite with the ones I love; another life would be a blessing to me as long as I don't get to sit in darkness." she spoke through numerous gasps for air and hiccups, her throat closing on itself. It sounded as if she was angry at the world for this mystery. Ginjiro wrapped himself around her completely, as much as his flexibility would allow him. Now she was pressed against his belly, right beneath his shoulder while his maw nudged her carefully in affection. One of his whiskers came to drag across her arms and hands. Small noises came from him, rumbling through his throat. A noise that could easily be compared to a cat's purr, only softer. Like a turning of many wooden wheels behind layers of thick walls and even more soft cottons. It was distant and warm like a blazing hearth. Crackling of fire that brewed.

She continued to weep, watering the grass with her tears while her hands remained clamped over her eyes and face. A desperate attempt to shield her sorrows, something she found weak, shameful. Everything felt out of place, forced against her.

"I don't want- to die." came a small voice, Kaliyah's voice. A stark comparison to her usually stoic tone, a commanders voice. No- this was the voice of a girl ashamed of her fears, scared and paranoid of most things around her, scared of the future and scared of her own mind and doings. Ginjiro nudged her head again, her whole body too, to get her attention, to try and get her to look up.

"You will not die Kaliyah." he said.

And at mentioned of her name she seemed to recollect just the smallest bit of courage. She looked up, her weeping ceasing for only a moment. His eye shone like fragments of emeralds exposed to the sun, even under the umbrella of his wings. It was dark, only small bit of light came into the tent that was his body.

"Not for many more years to come." Her eyes widened, staring at his narrowed eye, brows furrowing in confusion. What the beast said was a promise. "And certainly not from something as silly as water" he finished.

-"I would sacrifice my last breath to give you one more. I'd give up the world so you may remain whole.. so worry not, little one. An infinity of such pain is nothing compared to the mere thought of losing you-"

Now as she watched blood trickle down his scales as she repeated the same words, she cried even more than she did that day. Screaming at the world and at it's cruelty. She wished she could give him the life he had promised her, wished she could take away the pain and the wounds. He had kept the promise.

It was the only thing that was shared equally in the world and that thing is unfairness. She wished she could go back to those cliffs and stay with Ginjiro forever, overlooking the world from the enormous heights.

Blood coated her clothes, tattered and dirtied, it matted down her hair and his silver mane. She stood in his blood and her own. More rivulets sprang forth and ran down her body from her own wounds. Still, she forced herself to stand, to go to Ginjiro and be beside him. None of the pain could compare to the one in her heart. She would rather face a thousand of swords all over again, she would face those raging oceans and empty darkness for an infinity of time rather than be here now. Here where Ginjiro lied dead and she kept on trying to move him, fisting his long mane in her hand.

All the power in his last breath went to pouring all his life energy into her, and the stone that hung around her neck. One they both created. Blood had stopped circulating in his system minutes ago, yet she couldn't bring herself to accept it. She wouldn't. Despite all the proof, she wanted to believe he would live. Even with his hollow wounds gaping at her from his chest and wing; wind whistling through them. His giant wing stood above her, shielding her from the sky. The contents of his insides were spilled across the ground outside the village grounds. The great walls looming in the distance, while the surrounding woods remained silent in sympathy. Moments ago his blood was steaming hot, pouring like waterfalls from a hot spring. Now, his body lost its fiery heat. Many wounds littered his body, painting a print of a tiger on his body in red.

The soil was soaked with his blood, so much so that the earth couldn't accept more, leaving a large puddle behind. Crimson puddles swirled with the dust and dirt. And a stray leaf went to fall into it, dancing with the current the wind created. With all her might she tried to shake the beast's head to get him to wake, he was so much larger than those years ago, so much heavier. His eyes stared at the sky overhead, stars looking at themselves in his dilated pupil like a mirror.

Darkness started to dot in her eyes, vision dancing with tears. It all tunneled until all she could see was the dull green eye. And for a moment she could swear she saw it move, all color return to it as it lazily blinked at her before the ground disappeared under her feet and hands seized her shoulders

Staying in the Shadows. (A Naruto Fanfic) Chapter 1 - New Mission.

She was walking through the forest, her left arm injured. A kunai had struck it when she ran into some bandits on her way. She was never really good at fighting, but she knew enough to protect herself. Luckily she couldn't feel the pain her body was in or else she would have collapsed already from it. The bandits had done a good number on her. The sun started setting and she decided to rest under a tree. Her body gave up as soon as she was under the long shade of a tree caused by the setting sun. She removed her lunch box from her bag. The old lady of the inn was kind enough to pack her lunch for her long journey. "You helped my family, it's the least I could do," she had said. She opened the box thanking the lady in her thoughts for her generosity and dug into the curry and rice. Forgetting her manners, she gulped the food down her throat. She couldn't help it though, she was hungry and the state she was in made her even more so. She needed energy to heal. After finishing with a burp, a look of content spread across her features. She packed her stuff and laid her head on her bag, looking at the starry sky above her. Amongst the star she saw a face of little boy no more than the age of eight smiling down at her. His laugh played in her ears. She smiled slightly thinking she would meet him soon. Her eyes began drooping and she slept with thoughts of the boy who she thinks as her son.

She woke up as soon as the sun hit her eyes and started her journey again. Not a few hours later, she reached the place she now called home. It wasn't a home to her before, it was a mere house she could stay in and learn. That was until he was born and she felt like her life had meaning again. She smiled for the first time after many years when she first held him in her arms. He was no bigger than her forearms when he opened his eyes and looked at her the very first time. His eyed held resemblance to his father, only his were filled with emotions and his father's were cold.

She reached the door and started walking down the stairs further into the house. The house was silent. No one came to greet her. I wonder what happened, she thought. He always rushed to greet her whenever she cane back from her missions, wondering what bought him this time. She walked into a room which was filled with chemicals and computers attached to machines which were further attached to humans. She saw the black haired man near a "specimen" as he likes to call it and walked to him. "Lord Orochimaru," she bowed.

Orochimaru was her sensei, kind of. He had been training her in medical jutsu for years now. However this took a lot of begging of course. She didn't like the man per se, but he had helped her when no one else had. He gave her hope in her times of despair.  He was helping her do the impossible and she was desperate enough for any sliver of hope. Sure, it came with a price but the price brought even more joy in her life. She didn't mind.

"Hn, did you bring what I asked you to?" his calm, pompous voice asked. "Yes, my lord."

"Good," he said turning around to face her and raising his palm towards her. She placed the herb she brought from the Land of Tea on his palm. He turned back and continued his work. "How did you gather it, my dear, hm?" he asked knowingly. "I, uh, bought it my lord. From a lady living in an inn near the mountains," she said looking down, ashamed of herself that she didn't carry out the mission as it was instructed to her. He had asked her to steal it as the herb was expensive and the use of it was forbidden. He didn't want any one looking into the matter as to who would buy such herb, especially not the sixth Hokage and his students. "You are as weak as ever. You paid her off with the travel money didn't you?" he looked back at her. She didn't reply, her head still down. "I keep telling you Jinko, you need to train more. You need to get stronger. Remember last time when you couldn't protect yourself?" She didn't reply still, the memory floating in her eyes. Her jaw clenched as she tried hard not to cry, not in front of him. "You cost the man's life," he continued. He saw her body tense, he knew she would cry as soon as she left his presence. He sighed, "You need to learn to fight, Jinko. You have the capability. What you know isn't enough to save your life let alone some one else's. I would have Log train you but I can't. You have another mission."

She looked him in the eye now. "Mitsuki, he ran away, to Konoha," he said simply. "Why?" she exclaimed. He shrugged.

"And you didn't stop him?"

"He became too powerful."

"This was bound to happen! After all the things you put him through!"

"He became stronger didn't he?" he sighed. "That's what I wanted."

"Do you want me to follow him?" she asked. Orochimaru shook his head.

"No, I want you to be with him."

Jinko's eyes widened. "B-but what about him?" she asked, looking at the body beside them.

"I'll take care of him. You look after Mitsuki and I will help you, that was the deal wasn't it?"

Jinko looked at her feet. She wasn't sure if she should trust this man. She wanted to go after Mitsuki but she wanted to stay here too. What if he does something wrong to him? She looked at the body again. The body of her love. Tears filled her eyes. She was torn between going after Mitsuki, who was like her son or staying here with the man she loved the most, instead. Orochimaru saw the unsureness in her eyes.

"Jinko." He chastised her. "I told you I'll hold my end of the bargain if you hold yours. Nothing will happen to your beloved. You could come every week if you want to."

"But won't you need my assistance?" she knew she was kidding herself when she asked him. He wouldn't need her.

"Do you think I need to depend on someone?" he asked harshly. "Besides, you won't be of any use to me now that the next step has begun. It is beyond your scope now. As far as your training goes, you could do it your self. Take the scrolls with you if you want, but remember to guard them with your life. No one should lay a hand on it."

She had no choice but to leave it at the hands of fate. If it was in her destiny that she could see the love of her life again, she would. Reluctantly, she agreed. She walked towards his body, seeing him for the last time. His hair that she loved so much looked dead. His skin pale, and his breathing shallow. "Good bye, my love," she said as a tear slipped down her cheek. She quickly wiped it away and nodded towards her sensei. She went to her room and grabbed her stuff and some of Mitsuki's too, she knew he would need them.

She walked out of the compound of the hideout, and started in the opposite direction she came in not an hour ago, in the direction of the village hidden in the leaves. Konoha.

"I'm coming Mitsuki."

Staying in the Shadows (A Naruto Fanfic) Chapter 4 - Dropping Out.

Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 (Part I) Chapter 3 (Part II)

"Two Ichiraku Special, please," Jinko ordered as both her and Mitsuki sat at a table.

"Ichiraku ramen is the best ramen in the world!" Jinko looked at Mitsuki. The room smelled of spices and filled with customers chatting amongst themselves. The place had been redecorated. It was much larger than Jinko remembered. Jinko couldn't recognise it.

"Here you go!" A waiter placed their food. Both of them said their prayers and dug in. Mitsuki was gulping the noodles. His eyes were wide, amazed at the taste. Jinko chuckled at him. Mitsuki finished his bowl when Jinko's bowl was half. "Do you want some more?" she asked. Mitsuki shook his head. Mitsuki wanted to ask her about her past but was not sure how to bring up the subject. Jinko knew something was on Mitsuki's mind but she let it slide. He will tell her when he wants to.

"Uh, Jinko," Mitsuki interrupted in between her bite.

"Hm?" she asked.

"How come you never told me that you're from Konoha?"

She swallowed her morsel before replying, "Never came up. Didn't think it was important." It wasn't just that. She didn't want to bring up the subject as she didn't want to remember those days. Only few people knew of it, most of them were dead. Orochimaru knew some of it, but not everything.

"Well I'm bringing it up. Could please tell me?"

Jinko sighed. "I'm from Tao clan, which is a small but a proud clan of the Konoha. I grew up here, went to the academy and became a genin."

"What happened after that?" Mitsuki asked. He was curious about her past life. She was from Konoha meaning she might know some of the people here. What if she knew Naruto Uzumaki? The thought wasn't very far from his mind.

"Something came up and I had to dropout from the programme," she answered looking down. Mitsuki couldn't believe his ears. Dropping out of the programme? How can she quit? What was so important to give up being a shinobi?

"Why!" he exclaimed.

"It's a story for some other time. Nothing special. I don't want you to dwell on these trivial details," Jinko shook him off. "Now if you are done, we should leave and find ourselves a hotel to rest. I don't know about you but I'm pretty beat."

Jinko paid the bill before standing up and leaving the hotel with Mitsuki on toll.

After an hour of searching, Jinko and Mitsuki finally settled in a two room suite, which wasn't too hard on their budget. After making sure that Mitsuki was asleep, Jinko slid into her own bed. The streets seemed silent. It must be around midnight, she thought. Although she was tired Jinko couldn't make herself to go to sleep. Her mind kept going back to her past.

It had been months since formation of the Team 7. The missions assigned to them where only D-ranked. Naruto was becoming a nag, always complaining how bored he was with these mission and how he was ready for some serious ones. Tch, baka.

Ever since the bell test Jinko knew she was the weakest amongst them and she had to train extra hard for her to be of any use. She got up every morning and practiced her punches and shuriken throwing skills. She meditated before going to bed to increase her chakra control. She even asked Isao, her older brother to spar with her but he was too busy. Teme, if he ever comes to me asking for help, she thought grudgingly. These D-rank missions were easy as it didn't require any Ninjutsu or any other skills for that matter but she knew the day wasn't far away that she might have to go on a C-rank or B-rank missions.

Team 7 was in the Hokage's office for their new mission. "I don't want any of these baby missions. I want some real mission," Naruto yelled.

"How dare you! You're only freshly graduated genin and you are going to do missions D-ranked only, just like everybody else!" Iruka sensei yelled back.

"Naruto, listen to me," the Third said calmly. "Different people come to our village for missions and then we analyse them and categorize them into A, B..."  Lord Hokage was explaining how the village works but Naruto, Kakashi, Sasuke, Jinko and Sakura all zoned out and started listening to Naruto who was talking about ramen. "So I had this Tatsu ramen yesterday and I think I need Miso ramen today—"

"Silence!" Hokage silenced him. They directed their attention to him now.

"Ah! You always lecture me as if you're my grandfather or something! But I'm not the brat who pulled pranks all the time. I'm a ninja now and I want some ninja mission!" Naruto puffed his cheeks out and turned his back to lord Hokage.

Both Iruka and the Third laughed at his antics. "Alright. Since Naruto wants us to know that he is a former brat and want some ninja mission. So be it. I will assign you all one since you are so determined." This piqued Naruto's interest and he turned to the Hokage again.

"I'm giving you a C- rank mission. You are going to be the body guards of our client."

"Really? Who? Is it some feudal lord? Or a princess?" Naruto began rambling. Everyone was excited for the higher level mission but Jinko was sweating bullets. She knew this day was coming but never thought this early. Damn you, Naruto! she thought. She wasn't ready yet. D- rank missions were easy and nobody really understood each other's capabilities. But C- rank mission will be different. They would need to use their skills and talent. What if they laugh at Jinko for being so weak?

The door of the office was opened and in stepped a drunk old man. "What? A bunch of snot nosed kids," he slurred. "And you, the little one with an idiotic look on your face."

"Who's with the idiotic look on the face?" Naruto laughed. Everyone stepped closer to Naruto and he understood that it was him. "I'll demolish you!" He started flailing his punches around in the air.

Kakashi hold him back, "You can't demolish the client Naruto!"

"Now if you leave the room, I have some important matter to discuss with Jinko," the Third voiced over all the ruckus. Jinko looked at the Hokage, "Huh, me?"

"Yes." Everyone left the room and Jinko was now facing Iruka sensei and the Hokage. He put his elbows on the table and intertwined his fingers. He looked gravely at Jinko, almost like he knew whatever he wanted say wouldn't settle with her. He pitied her. Jinko was scared. Her mind overworking her imagination. Was someone dead? Is it Isao? No that can't be I saw him leave today. Who then? I'm I in trouble? Is it because of my performance? Jinko kept searching the ground as if it had answers.

"Jinko, your parents and I had a meeting this morning about your future. They had a peculiar request," he said, finally breaking the silence.

"A request?" Jinko's eyebrows creased.

"They came here for your unenrolment from the programme."

Unenrolment? "What do you mean?" Jinko asked incredulously.

The Hokage sighed. "They don't want you to continue being a shinobi. They want you to drop out," he said grievously.

"But why?" Jinko exclaimed. Outside the door, her team and Tazuna was interrupted in their argument by her loud, distressed voice.

"That you are going to have to discuss it with your family, my dear," the old man replied. His voice laced with sorrow for the girl. Jinko's eyes filled with tears, looking pleadingly at him to help her out. Her face flushed and a knot was forming in her stomach. Why would they do this? She thought many reasons as to what made her parents to take this step. Never in her wildest imagination she would have guessed the actual reason which would be released to her later that day.

"That's all, my child. There's nothing I can do here. If your parents change their mind then you can rejoin your team but till then I must strictly ask you to not participate in any kind of missions with your comrades."

Jinko couldn't hold it any longer. As soon as the Hokage was finished, she slammed opened the door and darted past her fellow comrades. She had her arm around her eyes to hide her tears but she couldn't help the sob that left her lips. Everyone outside were surprised by the sudden loud sound of the door slamming against the wall. Their faces were of confusion and concern for their teammate who passed by them sobbing. Even Sasuke was taken aback. "Hey Jinko! What's the matter? Where you going?" Naruto tried to stop her but his voice didn't reach her ears. He was about to run after her but Kakashi stopped him. "We have a mission to worry about," he told him, knowing full well of the conversation that was held inside. The Hokage broke the news to him just after Jinko's parents left. Naruto couldn't argue with him. Kakashi was right. I would ask her on our way to the Land of Waves, he thought.

"Mother!" Jinko yelled as she barged inside her house. "Mother! Father!"

"What is it Jinko? Should a lady be yelling this loud?" her mother chastised her as she came out into the living room.

"Mother what is this nonsense about you asking me to drop out?" Jinko asked wiping away her tears and fixing her attire.

"Yes. Your father and I need to talk with you," her mother replied calmly. "But before that, go and clean yourself. I will not have you in my house looking this filthy!"

Jinko went to her room and changed into her yukata. After tidying herself, she went downstairs in the living room. Jinko sat in front of her parent in a seiza, with her head bowed down. Her father, the head of the Tao clan, cleared his throat. "Jinko, my dear, you know how the Tao clan works, correct? We may be small but we are a proud clan. We are not powerful like the Uchihas, or have renowned kekkei genkai like the Hyugas, but we have connections. Connections which make us stronger, perhaps even more than the Uchihas. We maintain these connections by having good relations.

"And these good relations are because of mutual respect and a little give and take. Some times they make requests and we have to abide them, if we don't there will be consequences. Consequences which harm our clan's reputation. The same goes for them, dear—"

"But what does that have to do with me dropping out?" Jinko cut him off. "Quiet! Shouldn't you know better than to interrupt your father!" Jinko's mother shushed her. Jinko looked down at her hands clutching her yukata.

"As I was saying, a request has been made by the Eguchi clan from the Land of Silk. A request which involves you. The son of the feudal lord, heir of the Eguchi clan and you are arranged to be married." Jinko's father finished. There was silence in the room. Jinko sat transfixed, clutching her yukata. Her eyes flickered with shock. Married? He is not serious. He can't be!

"But why?" Jinko wailed. "Why me? I don't want to marry!"

"The Eguchi clan and Tao clan are bounded together by our common perspectives and our respect to our ancient principles and our traditions. They wanted a daughter in-law from a family with such beliefs. No better than the daughter of the Tao clan, don't you think?" her father explained. His face showed no emotion. He was unfazed by his daughters tears, which were now running down her cheeks.

"Now," her mother started this time. She looked almost bursting with joy to tell her further news. "They wanted a lady, one who could bear them their heirs and not a shinobi. That is why you will be dropping out of the programme and stay at home. I will teach you all the things that an ideal and perfect housewife needs to know. You'll be a real lady in no time." She smiled at her proud. Her mother got up and walked around the table. She bent down and hugged Jinko with her thin arms. She then proceeded to kiss Jinko's wet cheeks, all the while Jinko was motionless. Her mother then got up from her position and left with her father, both talking about being fortunate to receive such a proposal. Neither of them paying heed to Jinko.

A tear slipped from Jinko's eye as she remembered the day which turned her world upside down. She quickly wiped it away and shut her eyes to get some sleep, but orange light shimmered through her windows and fell upon her bed. The birds started chirping and the swishing of the brooms sweeping the road was heard. Well, might as well arrange breakfast before Mitsuki wakes up, she thought. Jinko stretched as she stepped out of her bed and started her day.

Meet The Previous Ninja Duo! They Came Before Randy And Gin Became The Current Duo.

Meet the Previous Ninja Duo! They came before Randy and Gin became the current duo.

Former Kuno was a very dramatic, flirty and charismatic woman, being very popular both in and out of mask. Her interactions with her Ninja were that similar to how Cat Noir and Ladybug’s relationship was like in the beginning, a few flirts and jokes being thrown here or there. This Kuno leaned the most into the dance side of the Kunoichi’s legacy, that dance being ballet.

The Former Ninja was one who took his role very seriously, often brushing off his Kuno’s flirts and jokes at first but eventually succumbing to her charms. He is skilled and collected, one of the most capable ninjas that there have been. He and his Kuno were quite a powerful duo together.

Unfortunately, they had to learn the Ultimate Lesson but that didn’t stop them from staying together after so. After graduating, they are still together as a rather lovely couple.

Clan Name: Tanaka

History:

The Tanaka originated from the Land of Wind around the same time the hidden shinobi villages were founded. Being a peaceful clan, the Tanaka began their humble beginnings as farmers and agriculturists whose services quickly became the Land of Wind's main source of steady food supply. Hence their chosen kanji being representative of their professions. It was later that they finally found themselves living on the border of the Land of Wind and the Land of Vegetables. There they reside to modern day supplying the grateful Land of Wind (風の国, Kaze no Kuni?) with their farms and developments for the Land of Wind. (Naruto Wikipedia)

Specialty:

Descendants of the Tanaka Clan are naturally born with a startling amount of powerful life force as well as incredible durability. The clan also has a rare dojutsu called the Yonakagan. This fairly unknown dojutsu allows the user invisibility, increased speed, reaction speed, and night vision. It is believed to have been developed from the clan having to watch over their farms all throughout the night during the Warring States Period to protect against raids or invasions. (Naruto Wiki)

Biography

Chinami was found outside the gates of Konoha soon after the nine-tails attack. The village doctors deemed that she was only a few days old. The only way they knew what her name was and what clan she was from was the blanket wrapped around her, which had her name embroidered into the fabric. The Third Hokage took care of her for a little while, but she was passed from family to family throughout her childhood. When she became Academy aged, the Hokage allowed her to have her own apartment and so she lived by herself. She eventually was put on Team 7, with Naruto. Sasuke, and Sakura, and within that time, Naruto developed a crush on her. They dated for a while but broke it off after Sasuke disappeared as Naruto was too upset. During the two years that Naruto went to train with Jiraiya, she took up Deidara on his offer for her to join the Akatsuki. She found a cure for Itachi’s disease and eventually fell in love. They had one daughter, Suki, and eventually moved back to Konoha to reunite with Sasuke, Naruto, and all the others who made a difference in their lives.

Made This A While Ago! Ofu And Oren, The Dinosaur King Kunoichi If You Don't Know, Are So Underappreciated.

Made this a while ago! Ofu and Oren, the Dinosaur King Kunoichi if you don't know, are so underappreciated. And they would be really adorable as a couple!

Since we can never see them show their hair completely, I thought of drawing them in a modern AU.

Also, happy Pride Month!
