it’s okay if you need a longer time to rest after having been outside, having been social or done any sort of activity
depriving yourself of rest just to be like abled people isn’t good, and you deserve to rest as long as you need.

Here are some helpful ideas for the ones who are struggling right now. As I have been struggling a bit lately I have spent a lot of time listen to music

Ideas for coping mechanisms to have saved on your phone/laptop/tablet. It doesn’t have to be a lot of archives so it won’t fill out the memory.
Save a playlist of favorite songs, relaxing songs, meditation.
Save a few favorite wholesome and funny memes.
Save loving messages from your friends to remind yourself that you are loved.
Save pictures of your favorite people, animals, places, foods, to find reasons to hold on to life and to yourself.
Make a gratitude list and re-read it.
Have a playlist of funny, wholesome or your personal favorite videos.
Have a list of safe foods and drinks that are easy to make and eat.
