HAPPY AROMANTIC SPECTRUM APPRECIATION WEEK! I am kinda new to the aromantic community, but I'm having a lot of fun! So this week, even though I'm really late and there's only like 2 days left, is the week that ALL aros, even the ones still in the closet like me, are going to celebrate! Idk how, I recommend buying some cake, Or donuts, idk. It is our week to celebrate, and love ourselves! And to everyone in the aromantic spectrum, I would like to say that I am happy you're alive, without all of you I would be alone, and I used to think I was, but now I know I'm not! So, even though I don't personally know any of you, I want to say that I love you, and that I care about you, and I also want to say that we are all valid! So enjoy the rest of ASA week, and if you're not part of the aro spectrum, just spread the word and go make your own post about ASA week! Also, we should all appreciate ourselves everyday of the week, and every week of the month, and every month of the year! I know sometimes it's hard, and that's ok too. Uranus

So I was doing some research for school and I came across this, "Herscal tried to have his discovery named “Georgian Sidus” after King George III. The name Uranus was suggested by astronomer Johann Bode. The name comes from the ancient Greek deity Ouranos"("Cool Space Facts"). Can you think about this for sec? All the planets (except Earth) are named after Greek/Roman gods, and this dude (the guy who discovered Uranus btw) wanted to name this new planet after a king, and this other guy goes "Hold up my dude, we have a theme going on, so how about we don't ruin it and call it Uranus, you know, where my foot is gonna be if you ruin our aesthetic"
