Today me and 11 other high schoolers had the opportunity to work with Erin Holliday in creating the pieces of her kinetic mobile that will hang in the Olathe Community Center. We took two pieces of cut acrylic and put india ink, tissue paper, and acrylic glue between them and squished them together. The clips around the pieces are to keep them together and will be removed in a few days. Yay, a new drawing to post! (That spear is still bothering me though :P) Anyway its the end of the school year and I have to get ready for finals. So I probably won’t post much over the next few weeks but once school gets out I’ll have more time for art!
