A Collection Of Witch Tips Masterpost

A Collection of Witch Tips Masterpost

Note: These are a collection of tips found in various places on the internet. While some of these are my own, they do not all belong to me.

•Mix together Salt and Pepper and sprinkle to prevent trespassing •Add coffee to a bath to break a curse •Place sachets of dried rosemary around the home for protection •Sprinkle around garlic powder to keep evil at bay •Add lime to your water for protection •Carry a clove with you for courage •Mint attracts business - try hanging a sprig above the door to your private workspace •Place a sprig of thyme under your pillow to bring about prophetic dreams •Hang a braid of garlic in a sickroom to trap the negative energies •Put a vial of rosemary water in a sickroom to promote healing •Stash an onion beneath a sickbed to soak up wandering negative and harmful energies •Seaweed can be used to ward off evil spirits •Scatter dried or fresh chilli peppers to break a curse •Throwing rice into the air promotes rain •Lilacs rid unwanted spirits •Black Obsidian is great for scrying •Stitch sigils into clothes, blankets, etc •Too Cold outside to storm call? Storm calling / weather magick will work just fine when facing your window and looking out •When showering, imagine all the impurities and negativity being washed off you by the water, and down into the drain •The Fae enjoy sweets as offerings the most •Wear your pendulum as a necklace when on the go •Use amethyst crystals to recharge your energies. Left Hand - Out with the old. Right hand - In with the New. •Soups and stews not only are great for healing the body, but they have many magickal properties too! •Himalayan pink salt can get seriously expensive. Unless you plan on eating it, buy Himalayan Pink Bath Salts. They’re so much cheaper and you can buy them in even larger bags. •Use coffee filters and elastic bands to make the perfect bath bags •Use sea salt when sweeping the floor to soak up the negative energies and cleanse your home •Store your Black Salt in a dark glass jar, away from sunlight.

Feel free to add all you like to this list and share it. Once again, I do not own every piece of information within this post. It is a collection of knowledge found from multiple sources. Blessed Be Dearies!

Witchcrafting Supplies at WALMART - Witches choose Walmart

Okay, so this is a much-needed clapback at someone who commented on a recent post of mine with “Real Witches don’t shop at fucking Walmart”. I’m not going to even address the faulty start of the phrase ‘real witches…’

But let me explain what can be found at Walmart for my friend stuck in the dark  ages of elitism and “I only shop at exotic witch shops for everything in my life.”

LET’S TALK ABOUT

WHAT WE CAN FIND FOR WITCHCRAFTING SUPPLIES AT WALMART

Candles

Tea lights

Essential oil diffusers

Wax warmers

Himalayan Salt Lamps

COURSE SEA-SALT!

The entire Garden Center for all your witchy garden needs

Mirrors

Sketchbooks for mere dollars make great Grimoires

The entire craft department for you know… witchCRAFT

Glass jars and bottles in their kitchen section and their craft section

Pins, fabric, stuffing, thread, and needles to make poppets

Shelving for your hundreds of witchbottles and potion bottles and herbs

Shelving for all your books on magick

Awesome pillows/boho decor/curtains for your sacred spaces

Incense burners

Firewood for your firepit

The ACTUAL firepit

Wooden boxes to woodburn, stain, or paint for witchy materials

I honestly could go on and on. You know why? Because most witches were NEVER rich. They lived in cottages, because people didn’t pay for their services in gold. They paid how they could. And witches were never elitist… they used what was available. Well you know what is available to MOST witches today? That’s right - WAL-MART. So, take your elitist shit, and go spend hundreds of dollars for things we can conveniently find at the local superstore for less than $20.

@the-gay-viking. YES. Real witches DO fucking shop at fucking Walmart.

💥 Burst Your Bubble Curse 💥

a simple curse to destroy someone’s ego or their hopes over something

Burst Your Bubble Curse

💥 gather, a form of mist, bubble juice or gum, athame, wine and ash

💥 mix the ash and wine together clockwise. speak of failure over them.

💥 carefully coat the sharp edge of the athame with the mixture

💥 using smoke or vapour, whichever you prefer, fill a bubble.

💥 for a sturdier bubble, you might use gum over bubble juice

💥 as you blow into it, visualize filling the bubble with their boasts

💥 break the bubble with the sharp edge of the athame.

Ten Uses for Amethyst

Ten Uses For Amethyst

Yay for cheap, multi-purpose stones! Amethyst is a wicked good healer, but it also has many purposes. It’s such a multi-layered stone, and the more you work with it, the more you find out.

xxx

Amethyst is great in crystal grids, because it tends to play nicely with most other stones. It isn’t too fond of warmer colours, but will often still rumble away in the background anyway.

Amethyst eases sleep problems like insomnia, and promotes REM sleep.

Amethyst also improves the quality and memorability of your dreams.

Amethyst aids the memory in general, but it’s very gentle, so useful for easing or recalling painful memories to allow them to heal.

Amethyst also promotes psychic abilities in a similarly gentle way, which is why I recommend it for beginners. It raises you slowly but surely.

Amethyst is a Master Healer, and can aid most health conditions.*

Amethyst is good for relieving anxiety, and warding off attacks.

It is also a subtle pain killer, allowing the mind to ‘ignore’ the pain.

Amethyst is a great protection stone, again really useful as a stand in, or a catch all.

Amethyst can also quietly cleanse a place or a person, and is useful where a stronger stone like Black Tourmaline would be too strong.
